We didn't see eye to eye on everything (who does?) And this didn't bother me personally, but I noticed he was twisting the political knife a lot more recently. I hope that's not the reason for not renewing, as a sworn enemy of cancel culture.

There's no guarantee the new crew will be better. They could get ex players which could be hit or miss. They could promote Ackerman, then pair him up with 1 or 2 more new people. C & C .... or a new person that just got out of broadcasting school. If it's a young person, they're not going to have any Hakeem / or maybe even Franchise/Tmac era stories. Hope it's not some rando player like Ryan Hollins.
