They might not translate to the field-it also may be hard to tell in limited time and conservative system. But his testing numbers in pro day and in high school were off the charts. From a physical standpoint, he’s every bit the athlete Deshaun, Allen, Herbert, Tannehill, Rodgers, Mahomes are. Not quite on Lamar, Kyler, Russell levels.
This is a dumb comment firstly. You do realize Andrew Luck is one of the most athletically gifted QBs to have ever tested at the combine right? Faster, quicker, more agile, more explosive than Watson. Only athlete similar is Cam Newton in terms of size and testing to Andrew Luck

I do realize that, genius. I'm just questioning you hyping up Davis Mills like he's the second coming of Andrew Luck. If he was so athletic, we would've seen glimpses of it in the limited game tape from his Stanford days. He might've tested better than Watson, but I don't see those traits on display on the field of play (which actually matter). Let's see him against NFL competition first. We'll see then how "faster, quicker, more agile, more explosive than Watson" he is.
He had some nice runs in college, never got caught. And I never said he was more agile or quicker. Luck was by a mile over Watson. You and others keep acting like Watson is some freak athlete, he’s not. Freak athletes at QB are Vick, RG3, Lamar, Luck, Cam. Watson is in the same mold as Rodgers, Allen, McNabb, Tannehill, Elway type athlete. Mills tested better than him in several categories. Still wouldn’t say he’s more elusive.
I'm not arguing that DW is super athletic. I'm just saying that the notion that there's a noticeable difference between him and Mills in athleticism is wonky.
I do want to see Mills testing numbers show up in game. The positives in his scouting reports are enough to make me curious. Of course I’d prefer Watson over Mills-if there weren’t serious allegations. Just because he’s proven his testing numbers on the field against pros.
