The vast majority of my posts are rebuttals against irrational hate. Why would these rebuttals criticize Curry? If people were saying that Curry was careless with the ball, there'd be no rebuttal against that because he is. But people aren't saying that. They're trying to argue that Curry's shooting percentage are a product of having star teammates. Or that he doesn't make his teammates better. Or that GSW's supporting cast was playoff caliber. Or other nonsense like that.
It's not irrational at all. "Playmaking" means making plays for teammates. Curry can do this without needing the ball. Why shouldn't he be considered a playmaker just because he doesn't fit the conventional interpretation of the word? After all, the focus should be on the result, not the process, right?
And by that same token, Curry would've won titles if he had been teamed with Dwight, CP3, or Westbrook. That's a fact.
It is a massive component of playmaking. It is controlled, calculated playmaking. A great playmaker can control the tempo. Steph CAN NOT. Russ CAN NOT.
The vast majority of your posts on this topic are you repeating the same nonsense over and over again, then proclaiming that you’re right. For example: “The Earth is flat! The Earth is flat! I’ve shown the Earth is flat over and over again!” Crediting Green’s success and on the court contributions to Curry and not his skills which translate practically to any team in “this NBA” is as irrational as it gets.
How do Green's offensive skills translate to practically any team? Since he's an inept scorer, teams wouldn't want him as a primary ball-handler. Not many teams have elite catch & shoot players. We all saw how ineffective Green looked last year without Curry.
This is Wekko right here when it comes to irrationally defending the love of his life, Steph Curry, in this thread. PS: I wish my wife loved me like Wekko loves Curry, I could literally do anything and be a hero in her eyes.
You don’t have to be a primary ball handler to be a good passer. Teams like to have as many good passers on the floor as possible. Green is not a scorer. Literally every other team in the league has others who can score.
Y'all need to learn that you can't argue with one's belief... It's like trying to argue with me about Steve Young... I think hes the greatest QB ever created... You can throw all the stats from others and the fact he had Jerry Rice but to me, he's the greatest... Lol ... Wekko clearly holding firm on Curry ... Doesn't take 100+ pages to realize it guys...
Teams generally want the ball in the hands of players who are scoring threats. Green being an inept scorer would limit his time with the ball, especially since few teams have elite catch & shoot players, and limiting his time on-ball would reduce his effectiveness as a passer. Additionally, scorers generally want the ball in their hands. They don't want to spend extended minutes moving around off-ball.
