Gonna be interesting to see how Steph does having to carry the full load, he got to chicken out last year. This should say a lot about his legacy. Harden has not missed the playoffs. Steph?
it’s been a while since I’ve seen someone get humiliated this badly in a thread...Curry fanboys don’t know much about basketball
I like how unapologetically racist you are. Most people would be ashamed. It's kind of refreshing to see someone openly embrace it. But FWIW, I've been a Rockets fan since the late 80's.
Humiliated about what? I've been right about almost everything. I would love for someone to clarify what I'm "wrong" about.
Assuming Brooklyn wins the title this year, do you think its fair to say "Harden can't win a title unless he's playing with 2 franchise players, 3 former all-stars, and elite shooting role players." Do you think that's a fair statement? You shouldn't because it's not. But that's a perfect demonstration of your flawed logic.
It's arguably the hardest year to make the playoffs. In previous years, the 7th and 8th best records in the conference were guaranteed playoff spots. That's not the case this year. Juan Toscano Anderson averaged 21 mpg for the Warriors this year. He was in the G-League last year. Jordan Poole averaged 19 mpg for the Warriors this year. He played a few games in the G-League last year. Damion Lee averaged 19 mpg for the Warriors. He was in the G-league 2 years ago. Which teams have more rotational G-Leaguers than the Warriors?
Curry doesn't help Draymond Green's defense, but Draymond Green's defense alone isn't getting him into the HOF. Why do you think Durant joined Golden State? You don't think it had a lot to do with Curry?
BRAVO @wekko368 you carrying this thread better then carry could ever hope to carry an average nba roster
The West was significantly weaker this year just because the Rockets fell off a cliff. And the Rockets had like 5 g leaguers in their rotation. Like I said before every single team was missing key players for long stretches of time and had to play rookies or g leaguers. I dunno how you don't see it as the easiest year ever. I mean the two best teams in the West are 5th and 7th seeds cuz of injuries. Everyone else was able to capitiize. Cmon dude UTah is then 1 seed and they are garbage. No one gives them even a 5% chance to win it all.
Who cares if the Rockets had G-Leaguers? They weren't anywhere close to making the playoffs. It speaks volumes about the GSW supporting cast that the only team you named with more G-Leaguers than the Warriors was the worst team in the league. It would've been easy if the Warriors were healthy and everyone else was injured, but you've forgotten that Klay Thompson missed the entire season. The Warriors had 3 G-Leaguers averaging around 20 mpg. How many other teams had that kind of G-League rotation?
Least he can do is come up with new excuses, instead of recycling the same garbage ones over and over again.
You mean why not keep repeating a losing argument? I guess if you repeat it enough you will start to believe it?
How is it a losing argument? The GSW supporting cast was pretty bad. Wiggins was their second best offensive player and he had a solid year, but after him, they really didn't have another offensive threat. We all know how much Draymond Green struggles to put the ball in the basket. Oubre shot horribly this year. Wiseman showed flashes, but he was too raw and lost the starting job to career backup Looney. And the rest of the roster is mostly comprised of journeymen veterans or younger guys from the G-League. I would love for you to explain how that's a playoff caliber supporting cast.
Westbrook could explain why Durant wanted to leave OKC. It doesn't explain why he chose Golden State. He could've come to Houston if he wanted.
