Dusty earned it. He never learn not to pitch Randy Arazorena, never learn not to pitch a power hitter with space open. Congrats on your 2 year contract.

Did they honestly think a strikeout was the most likely outcome there? Because that’s the only way that decision works.

And if they really think he’s going to strikeout, Pressly shouldn’t have been throwing him anything in the zone.

This team is only okay right now. It's still early but they are too inconsistent so far.

I would have walked him. Although he hit it on the ground, he also has the power to hit the ball deep allowing the runner to tag up. Walking him would have given them a dp opportunity and wasn't Gallo on deck? Potential strikeout making it 2 outs.

What exactly is going through Dusty’s brain there not walking Garcia?? Like what part of managing says putting him on to set up an inning ending DP is the wrong move?? Nvm he’s literally killed us all series and is one of the hottest hitters in baseball.

Have they won one of these carnival extra inning games on the road over the last 2 years? I don’t think they have. Seems like he has no clue how to manage them despite the blueprint being fairly obvious if the home team gets a runner to 3rd with 1 out and good hitters coming up.

I meant if he didn't hold up and ran from the minute Altuve made contact.

Maybe he was worried about the “big” inning.

I haven’t seen this dumb of a move since Bo Porter.

It's funny cause when the Rangers got swept in Houston...Rangers announcers were saying you're facing Astros at wrong time because they are red hot. Then, we come into Arlington red hot. And, we get swept because the Rangers are...now...suddenly the red hot team and the Astros are the chumps left holding their jockstraps.

Gotta love baseball! Time to move on!

Dusty apparently is an idiot. Managing a baseball team. I would have walked Garcia and Gallo.

That wasn’t the easiest of reads. It was hit hard, and if he gets doubled up there that’s just a disaster in that given moment. I don’t blame him for it.

That's what I said. You load the bases to give you more double play options. WTF is Dusty doing? This isn't a pissing contest.

And that’s exactly why the Rangers manager wasn’t having the first batter sacrifice. He knew it would automatically take the bat out of his two best hitters.

Alas, he didn’t realize who was managing the other side...

Pretty bad not to get runs there . Can’t blame the pen too much today

Teams go through ruts , rangers just got no-hit twice , This is their World Series (jk), it’s gonna happen . Let’s just hope we get rolling again soon.
