Dont care about the social stuf

Only care about winning on the field.

Whether some like it or not the White Sox are winning for the first time in years with LaRussa's brand of managing rather than the millennial style of managing that some thinks works but ultimately has failed.

    Nonsense.

    The White Sox are 26-17.

Through 43 games last year the White Sox were 27-16.

We'll see how this all works out.

They've weathered the loss of Robert well.

They also replaced Edwin Encarnacion with Yermin Mercedes, which is just a slight improvement at DH.

Hinch would have been a better fit. The owner decided to go with a drinking buddy.

there are plenty of non geriatric managers that aren’t using a millennial style of managing.

I don't have a clue what "millennial style managing" is.

I think he believes they use instagram polls to make bullpen decisions.

I dont get all of the Hinch love on this MB. He cost the Stros a WS and allowed the cheating to flourish. Hinch is where he belongs, in Detroit.

For me at least, Hinch will always be remembered as the manager who won Houston their first and only WS Title.

All that followed wasn't pretty. Sure. But it doesn't negate what he achieved in my book.

    Yes

This is why he allowed the cheating

What I wonder is why some on here like Hunch but don't like Luhnow?

If that’s your definition of “millennial style manager” then seems all managers in the history of the game are “millennial style”
