Only the Astros are cheaters they said. It's a league wide thing. The Astros were scapegoated and are now villains even though they took the fall for every other team.
No one is going to care. Just like no one cares about the pitchers using illegal substances. Astros getting alot of flack because they took down the two biggest markets and won a World Series.
Spaeder has always been one to back the Astros throughout the investigation and after. He couldnt wait for the jankees letter to be opened and revealed, but alas never did. He had this to say when Josh was up to bat yesterday.
Does anyone know the real status of that? I thought the courts had decided it couldn't remain sealed, and the Yankees were appealing. Is that right, and has the appeal been heard?
This is why I hate the Dodgers so much. The hypocrisy is out of this world. Disgusting, trash franchise.
Heard about this on 790 today. The Yankees guy comments regarded "a team that has made the WS multiple times recently". Only candidates are the Dodgers and Astros. Everyone knows about one team already, so it's doubtful he thinks regurgitating information would be profound.
IIRC, Judge ruled that the letter did not have to be disclosed but I think that is being appealed, so it’s still possible that it will be disclosed in the future.
