Its a very weird thing to witness. HAve spoken to palesenians and jewish people who are american, never having stepped foot over there so this mentality was just passed down with parents, media, culture rather than experienced themselves.

They both had the same mentality, calling the otherside unsavable ruthless savages that can't be trusted....had they played in the same west houston basketball league not knowing each other backgrounds they could've been friends...meanwhile Netanyahu and hamas propogate this war of fear and of the other side, retain power despite massive self serving corruption and the cycle continues and heightens.

Antisemitic attacks aren't new, pretty sure you can find a similar headline in most states in most years

This thread is about the new attacks
You can make a thread about old vs new like
Batman with Michael Keaton vs Batman with the Robert Pattinson

this happened in LA, but it’s real like what Tupac said
    They riot not rally
That’s from a song called California love

Jewish groups in the US are very vigilant about this stuff and will call out these acts all the time.

I'm just wondering how much Arab looking Muslims get harrased but it gets reported less in the states because anti-semitism is frowned upon way more in western media than slights on Muslim looking people. Like I've been at the brunt end of bigoted encounters and so has my mother but we never reported it and it's not in some database for hate encounters anywhere. And unlike Jewish community groups that tackle head on anti-semitic rhetoric and hate incidents in this country, Muslim groups are often associated with neferious entitites like the Muslim Brotherhood due to affiliations that have multiple degrees of separation.

I don't know if it's just me but I feel like South Asian immigrants and Muslim immigrants in general in the US report their bad encounters less. East Asian immigrants and citizens and the Jewish community seem to be very vigilant about this stuff and I think South Asians and Muslim Americans need to follow in their footsteps.

Yes, there are also many Muslim hate crimes in America, and I agree my perception is that they are less protected in the public view compared to a Jewish counterpart. 9/11 and our wars probably have a lot to do with that.

Ya I think a Arab Muslim looking fellow should be more concerned for their safety driving through the "heartland of America" or any place that has a large military or veteran presence compared to Jewish people. The United States has made the Muslim world their military enemy for multiple decades now and that is going to brainwash many of this country's simpletons as any Arab it Muslim looking fellah as an enemy of the country.

    There’s lots of crime everywhere
Probably a stupid reason now to get rid of the police

the main problem is not a certain type of people
    It’s all of them

that’s why we need artificial intelligence to govern and oversee crime

and religious people will always fight over land
Which means we need to debunk religion and get more land

which is the entire reason to terraform Mars

Americans shouldn’t be attacking Americans in America

but it’s happening because they get turnt up by the media which will only show negative stories and shocking stories which gets all the ratings

Lol robo cops are literally in every dystopian alternate reality movie, no thanks.

I agree this is as much a general crime issue as it is a hate/racism issue.

We have examples of countries with significantly lower crime rates, and it's not because they have more substantial policing, or higher-tech policing, or harsher punishments (most in fact have less police, similar tech at best, are less punitive) it seems the correlation is with lower rates of relative poverty.

Of course there’s no Palestine on Jew crime in Korea or Norway

    America is unique and large
    We have everybody

The Gaza Strip is not even as big as Katy Texas
But you’re going to have this issue going on forever unless people stop believing an area of land is sacred

You know the Muslims and the Jews have more in common than say the Hindus and the Christians

the minor differences in their beliefs will always cause problems

nobody likes to see the bigger picture

also people are way more stupid now than before . We have too much information and people can easily be manipulated

Yeah, I don't buy into diversity being the root of our high crime rate, or even a significant factor. It's mostly used as a cop-out for people who don't want to acknowledge America's high relative poverty rates.

Is El Salvador the murder capital because of its INSANE diversity? Of course not

Now, I went on a divergent about US crime rate, whats going on in Israel/palestine is it's own thing.

I still think to solve this religious divide that they should both break laws and eat bacon

and realize some food poisoning or undercooked pork caused this thousands of years ago and people back then weren’t smart enough to understand food and safety

They eat pork in Asia and South America
God presides over those people right ?

    For this particular case
They attacked Jewish people because they associated them with Israel

if you went to Uganda it’s going to be hard to find Jewish people

I agree there’s a crime problem caused by poor people or homeless people

but I don’t think it’s the case for what’s happening in California
Those attackers rolled up in cars

    in Beverly Grove

Yeah in this particular case more of a cult-like hate crime.
