Nothing wrong with being frugal. The house was in San Francisco.

I bet his wife comes back. It's always greener on the other side.

Not if he sold low on crypto from a half year old blog article. :p

Anyways, just confirming my belief that the bay is like the b*stard child of Everest and a glacier. Techies supposedly rule the place but can't buy a house at a decent price.

Meanwhile service people are underwater getting healthcare from service fee taxes by the city.

I used to watch this dude's videos a couple of years ago. Part of his appeal is the dry humor/sarcasm in everything he says. lol. He's actually pretty smart and hilarious in a nerdy/dry way.

... if you have money and you don't spend it on your family, there ya go.

Same with Bill Gates opting to give away his wealth instead of to Melinda and the kids.

Surprised? Hell no. They grabbed money in the divorce and ran.

You're too naive to think that Melinda would have not run if he gave more money to her.

The dude above also said he did cave to buy a home, and she didn't appreciate it, she mainly wanted to alienate his parents and basically push them out of her life.

Just because you want to please her, does not mean you have to listen to her on every matter.

    Watch the entire video.

Circled area is where I think we are. I think we will hit the cliff in a few weeks, and it will last through the summer. Time to put your pennies in the bank and wait for them sweet, sweet bargains.

ETH is going to come back no matter the dip. Holding is fine if you’re long term. Don’t panic sell.

6% APR for vaporware? Might be better off keeping it on an exchange and making your 6% there.

I'm not totally familiar with how this works. So I just get 6% APR and that's it? I don't accrue any gains if price goes up?

I'm not planning on selling anytime in the next 10 years.
