    The apparently "one of 3 finalist" for mvp fighting for an 8th seed miss the playoffs? I would pay to see that happen

    And here I was thinking this would be the one with the lowest amount of viewers. Spurs are the Spurs and the biggest name in the game was Ja Morant whose still a young star and probably not a bigger name than Lamelo currently is...and the other game was Russ vs the Celtics...so I'm going to assume the rest of the games did pretty well considering how trending they were...although with the result of most of these games I doubt the ratings held strong throughout them.

    If they made the NBA playoffs like NCAA March madness (single game elimination), it would draw a lot more viewers. It's like every game is a Game 7.

    The only team that truly deserved the chance to fight was Memphis. The NBA shouldn’t reward teams a second shot at the playoffs that are below 500.

    Its not about rewarding. This season is 10 games less than normal. We don’t know what would happen in those 10 extra games thats why it was expanded to 10 teams. Advantage still goes to 7-8.
