Here are some trade scenarios that I think make sense

    1. LAC
Wall for Beverley, Morris, Rondo and Zubac

    2. OKC
Wall + future WAS pick for Horford and Maledon

    3. LAL
Wall + Tate + D House for Schroeder, KCP and Kuzma

    4. CHI
Wall for Cristiano Felicio (sign him to a 3 year 120 mil deal, final two years fully non-guaranteed) + 2025 CHI FRP

Clippers are interesting one and could see that

Don't see it for okc. They have Shai

Wall playing off of LeBron isn't ideal. Lakers wouldn't do it

What about the bulls? They need a pg and are looking for somebody to pair with vuc and lavine. They are still trying to keep lavine long term

Kennard is another guy on the Clips getting paid entirely too much, but is young enough to fit on our team. If Clips entertain a trade for Wall, I'd try to get Kennard instead of Morris, who is a bit mercurial and may not be down for a rebuild

Lost me when including Tate in any deals especially in a dump of Wall. I see Tate as an integral nucleus player moving forward.

Who in their right mind will take Wall's $44+ mil contract over the next two seasons?

I’m pretty sure Wall won’t go anywhere until he’s an expiring contract, and even then we might keep him just to free up all that cap space the next year. He could get bought out I guess, which I doubt, but I’m guessing we will be stuck with the dude for a while longer at least.

Clippers if they fail in the playoffs, Kennard is overpaid and they will be looking to move him if he doesn’t perform.

I thought Kemba with the Celtics adding a pick could be something in the future when Kemba started so poorly and Wall was playing well. I don’t think Wall has shown enough for the Celts to do that anymore. But if these knee injuries continue and they see it as a dead contract Wall might be their only option

I can't see any team taking on $44M in salary for a player whose game depended on athleticism that he's lost due to injury.

Interesting idea. Celtics are one of those teams that might remember how good a healthy John Wall can be, and perhaps they would like that fatty expiring to play with after the rental.

It wasn't his speed or athleticism that made him look bad on our terrible Rockets.

For this we need a new all-inclusive thread -- random ideas to flat out JUST CUT players and eat their salary because they suck, nobody wants them, and this franchise sucks.

$44M over two years in a league flush with guards doesn't make him look any better.
