This is great news. The vaccines are doing their job and we are kicking butt.

I hope the "free dumb" crowd understands that the ball is in their court. The tables have turned and with everyone taking their masks off indoors they are now the ones in danger. We've been saving your asses for a year wearing our masks everywhere and now those masks come off. Remember wearing a mask was mostly about protecting others, not yourself.

It just dawned on me...as the mandates are slowly eased and eventually dropped completely, we are about to be inundated with some awesome concerts. Every single music act is probably itching to hit the road...and we're all going to benefit with some kickass shows rolling through everyone's town!!! I've not been a huge concert-goer throughout my life, but I think that's about to change. Being locked up for this extended period has given me new appreciations about how awesome our freedoms are. I'm going to exercise mine by dancing my dad-rock ass off. Really looking forward to some Cali-Roots reggae acts to roll through Portland soon!

 

Was at a couple of BBQ's last night and everyone was maskless. Everyone was vaccinated too. There were some hugs from friends who hadn't seen in a long time and admit it felt kind of weird.

I have an Irish wake today and am going to be playing live for the first time in more than a year in front of an actual audience. Going to feel weird too.

 

I am working on engineering giant seeds, so that when the T-rex are back in control, we are prepared and can feed them using my giant bird feeder.

I hit Trader Joes this morning, and was gratified to see that there wasnt a single person without a mask, despite their anouncement yesterday.

I will continue to wear a mask in public despite being fully vaccinated because I dislike the idea of making the people around me uncomfortable, even when it causes me some additional discomfort.

 

What would happen if you took all the vaccines?

 

How's he gonna go out if none fits?

Played for the first time in front of an audience on stage yesterday at a bar since March 2020 Minneapolis and St. Paul still has a mask mandate but after the first hour or so most people went maskless. As this was a wake there were a lot of people who hadn't seen since the start of the pandemic and there was a lot of hugging too. I think most people were vaccinated but couldn't be sure.

It felt good to be out and in a crowd again but definitely wouldn't have done this without getting fully vaccinated.

 

I see people that don't trust the vaccine but also don't want to wear a mask. Alot of the kids are not vaccinated so I hope schools don't ease up

 

You expect Trumptards to be honest about getting vaccinated? LOL.

I care. People who take this virus seriously care. Instead of just getting a FREE vaccine, they want to whine about freedom. We are still one variant away from having a real problem.

 

We have establish a long long time ago COVID is here to stay. No point fighting about that. Just facts.

If someone thinks it's a death sentence, keep up with the vaccinations.
If another doesn't care and dies from it, so be it.
