Wondering this myself. I've stayed away from TSLA (was fortunate enough to sell off most of my TSLA stock at 800) but I'm wondering when the time will be to buy back in. I still think its grossly overpriced but I also have no idea how to judge EV companies.
PFE finally printing. I'm too scared to average down. Rates go up, growth stocks gonna suffer. Again.
I know I'm late to the party but I've started allocating more of my cash to crypto until the market shakes out. My biggest fears right now are 1.) The Fed handling inflation as poorly as possible 2.) A bubble popping in the CMBS market. That being said, if the market has a quick drop in the near-term, one stock I'm watching is BLDR because homebuilding is super strong, also WY/WOOD/UFPI because lumber prices are through the roof and in high demand from homebuilding.
i'm not sure whether crypto is really insulated. Most of the big coins are down today as well. + that's an even bigger bubble, i'd feel more worried putting big money into crypto now than stocks. Safemoon has a $5.5bn market cap (key feature is that it's safe!), bigger than Fireeye who is actually doing useful ish like protecting usa cybersecurity and investigating colonial hack lol. if i recall 2018 crypto crash coincided with stock market crash, but i wasn't following stocks as closely back then. a crypto crash has potential to be muchmuch worse - speaking as someone that saw 95% value of my alts wiped the last time.
BTC maxis mad even though Elon hodling. I don't think I'd hold 3/4 of my coins past December. Would buy back in once it consolidates though.
I'm in UBER @43.50 today. Hopefully, sell into short covering premarket tomorrow. Maybe buy it back. Big Day coming back the other way on the DOW, I think.
So... we're supposed to believe that this guy, who is smart enough to send rockets to space, has his company INVEST a BILLION in Bitcoin. AND accept payment in Bitcoin. Then MAGICALLY, a few weeks later, suddenly finds out it uses a lot of energy to mine? Like he heard about it on a podcast? Lol. Okayyyyyyyyyyyy! I'm not mad. Or surprised. This is just kind of... stupid. Nothing more. Tired of the lemmings following him off the cliff.
i was saying exactly the same thing to my bro. probably stocked up on the next coin he waiting to shill. just sad for my $COIN. i wonder how ark squares this now that their 2 fav things in the world disagree with each other. minds probably exploded, but will find a way to come out and justify 10 trillion dollar valuations for both tsla and btc.
