As long as it's not a division rival: Grizz, Pelicans, Spurs or those Mavs (the Cuban)

Us small market teams need to stick together. Indiana, OKC, Sacramento,
    Hornets, Cavs, Magic, Houston......

just not Mavs or those Spurs (old fart Popovich)

I'm pretty sure Stone negotiated this deal.

Now it's time to trade into the top 10 UT's Jones or Duke's Johnson.

    Any really good wings available?

    Harden for Kelly and Bradley

Kelly and Bradley are not proven, not young and not stars

will need to hunt for proven young stars like Booker and Randle this summer.

I'm already going through all the stages of grief right now. By then I would probably just be numb and ready to move on to the next thing.

    Kelly O free agency rumors!

This is not a failure mentality, this is probability and accepting that something is literally, complete outside of anyone's control.

There are two possibilities come lotto night, and it's better to let out all of the emotions for both possibilities. That way, by the time it happens, we are at peace with the result.

Rockets had to overdo it and clinch the absolute worst record. What’s wrong with being the third worst record and giving up the 7th pick. ;)

    Love this anti-jinx thread.

Doesn't matter. All the top guys are busts. Tilman will continue to see us through.

I just assume we are going to get late lottery picks. Focus will then be on consolidating picks and/or getting overly excited about the draft.

I don't think I would be allowed such a post. I'd be banned.

Banchero has better handles. Quicker release on his shot. Both players harbor the same skill set, yet Banchero looks smooth with the ball in his hand - like a PG almost. Chet looks clunky. While he CAN put the ball on the floor its nowhere near with the same effect as Banchero. Chets lack of size on his frame is going to be a big problem as he climbs the bball ranks. I have my doubts he will flourish in the NCAA let alone the NBA due to that. Banchero runs the court like a deer. Hops out of the gym and will not get bodied or bullied. He asserts his will on the court and usually looks to get his teammates involved in a point center type of way.

My biggest impression from Holmgren is his tenacity on the defensive end. He challenges almost every shot and has the hunger to be great defensively which is rare for players his age. Definitely a plus.

I just feel Banchero is as close to a cant miss prospect and I would take him over every single draft eligible player this year as well.

Bold statements I know, and Im not an analyst, but I did stay at a holiday inn express last night.

Hey guys, who needs a top draft pick when you have the like of Porter Jr. - Tate - Wood on your team. Those 3 are All-Stars this next year. Shoot they might as well be Wade - LeBron - Bosh or Curry - Thompson - Green.

We rollin' to the 'Ship this next year like a gravy train on biscuit wheels!

I can see that, I disagree about Paolo having better handles though.
I think Chet has the slight edge in that department, really you could call it a wash in handles and shooting form/release.
Chet is more clunky, but he’s also significantly longer and hasn’t filled out.
When you factor in the defensive side I give Chet the edge-if he fills out.

Either way it’s probably a preference, I would be ok with either. And I would take either over this years class as well.

Also, they’re similar athletes. Banchero isn’t very explosive, good athlete specially for his size, but Chet is just as good of an athlete.
