Racoon eyed metrosexuals of cf what do you do puffy / baggy / raccoon eyes ?

    Oh hai clutchfans

    so some of you posted here when you were 11.
    I can tell.
    Well now you are coming into mid 30s...and others of you : eek are looking at 40s or higher!
    You are getting old! Fu**ck!!

    You waxed your eyebrows in the day and even had frosted tips.

    Well im with you and now the raccoon eyes are coming in. Yes too much pawdy pawdy ..its not the years its the mileage..

    Surely some of you are getting some bags under your eyes.

    Dennis miller thinks its more baggage under the eyes than lindsay lohan after an all night bender at the tumi outlet.

    There seem to be 2 type of creams/solutions-

    One that is almost like a coverup concealer.like eye makeup for dudes. Not opposed to this.

    The other is some sort of cream that is more healing i suppose. Also get this.
    What are the choices?

    I know the easy answer is "dont do drugs"

    What are you using? Anyone have a cream or go to that works? Yes I can google it and when i do there are tons..

    I see in 2021 there are many.

    I assume one of you old guys has a routine

    I have been eating 1 or 2 salads everyday and my dark circles have gone away. Mid 40s

    No Band-Aids here. Stay healthy.
    • Adequate sleep
    • Allergy meds (if you have allergies)
    • Lots of water
    • Don't smoke
    I don't smoke anyway, but if I miss the first three, I look like I got punched in both eyes. It's amazing what a good night's sleep, some allergy meds and chugging water will do for your appearance.

    Anecdotal but I'm approaching 40 and am told that I look late 20s

    Suggestions:
    - Get as much sleep as possible.
    - Eat the best diet possible (lots of vegetables).
    - Drink more than enough water.
    - Exercise often... especially when you don't want to.
    - Avoid excess alcohol.
    - Remove unnecessary extraneous stressors.
    - smoke weed everyday.

    Restful sleep usually works best.

    Some of it is also genetics. Take dixie d'amelio, she's what 19, but has puffy eyes, can see because of certain Italian genes.

    Side note: the pic in the opening post looks like christian bale from american psycho. Great movie.

    Good ones.

    Reminded me that excess drinking can give you big bags under your eyes as well. I haven't had alcohol in over a year so I forget that one, but looking at some pictures from before that, I could tell when I had some drinks the day before.
