Correa, like Bagwell, at his best when he consistently makes an effort to hit the other way...

 

Was that when Joe Smith was getting key ALCS outs? Pressly wasn't healthy for a lot of that year.

In the end, it means very little... but still a nice little developing story for this season. Lidge-Dotel-Wagner, as good as they were, never pitched a post-season game together.

 

I'm good luck. I just turned it back on and Correa got a double to break up the no-hitter.

That's not fair to Kikuchi. He's got good stuff and the ump is calling the game consistently giving both pitching staffs a big advantage over the hitters.

 

Don't care if Astros lose, as long as the no hitter is gone.

 

The same guy that gave up 5 runs, twice in a row his last two starts? Yes, I know his first two were good.

Jones/McCormick/Straw got this.... add a deGoti/Toro or two and they'd definitely have it.

 

Kikuchi has pitched 14 innings against the Stros this year and given up hits in 3 of them.

 

No other team's bullpen gave up fewer runs 7-9. It doesn't matter the name on the back of the uniform if they get outs. Astros bullpen picked up 0 losses in the ALCS in 2019. And on Joe Smith, he got key outs in the ALCS and didn't give up the lead in the ALCS after a sun 2 ERA in the regular season.

 

Are you being serial?

 

Throw in Diaz and they're literally the only Stros to do **** off of Kikuchi this year.
