Undoubtedly so. It's just mindboggling to see this gigantic collapse. I won't be surprised if OKC got the 1st pick. There is no plan in place with TF around. That's the most painful part.

That tank job was unbelievable. KPj was commanding that tank. Nothing but bricks until it was out of reach. John Walls probably shed a tear watching that performance.

Would've won if we had our franchise player John Wall on the court. All I'm saying.

Biggest things Rockets need to coach - stop posing on shots - follow the shot or get back .. it’s not about being pretty

send a tape end of year of KPJ drives - he gets no calls while creating a lot of contact

could also be because Rockets tend to cry for fouls a lot

There should be improvement. I see the same issues and mistakes game after game. Simple fundamental things the Rockets don’t do.

Wall sensei taught his student well

the bricks, the turnovers, the lackadaisical play...we just saw the pupil become the master

Really hope Olynyk stays...he and Wood can be great together.

Both are very efficient offensive players and decent rebounders - need to work on D, but that can be fixed too.

I just hope we don't let Olynyk walk and say, well we kept DJ......because they are not equal.

Everyone acting like this was a 2 way race to the bottom, but Orlando has just as many wins as Minnesota did going into this game. I would be furious if I was a Wolves fan. They are the worst team in the league all year, then decide to win 3 in a row down the stretch to put themselves in 4th for the tank race.

Minnesota may have set their franchise back years just in the last week. Cade Cunningham on that team with a 2nd year Edwards is a playoff team. On the flip side, the real winner tonight is Golden State, despite being down 40.

They’re both losing together. Olynyk will probably sign with a playoff team and the Rockets should probably sell high on Wood. He’s a third option on a contending team.

That would be stupid. Wood deserves another year to try to make that big leap.

10 games left. All against playoff (or play-in) teams.

they don't lost a chance at top 3 by being 4th, the chance is just less.

We might get kicked out of the top 4 too

Morey really screwed us on those lottery protections. It should have been at least top five. I understand he had to make the trade but damn. It’s like he just said f**** it.

I certainly agree with what you're saying. KPJ has been through a lot as a kid. My only concern is that if you don't figure out who you are as a player in the fist 2-3 years, then there is a good chance you're going to end up being a role player. I think we can agree that he's got too much talent to be just an average role player. There are only a hand full of people that really turn it around in the middle of their career (Julius Randle, etc). Just concerned that the opportunities might pass him by if he doesn't take it seriously.

Ouch KAT with 31 points and Hermangomez off the bench for 22 points.

May the basketball gods bring us some PG/SG (combo guards) that can defend "Bigs!"

Because the ones we got suck at it.

[Subtle shot at Patrick Fertitta for gathering a team mostly composed of PG/SG's.......which he will undoubtedly add more in the off-season]

There is no leadership at the guard position, we suck there big time, no one knows how to win late.... a Chris Paul would make us a 55 win team instantly.
