Rules 1. Use the Tankathon.com draft lottery simulator to find your scenario: http://www.tankathon.com/ 2. Use the simulated draft lottery scenario and spin it to favor the Rockets. Example: Scenario: Rockets and Wolves both lose their pick. Houston's pick ends up being #5 and goes to OKC. The Wolves' pick ends up being #4 and goes to the Warriors. Golden State decides that they want to give it a couple more good runs at titles with Curry, Thompson and Green. We get to pick #4 on draft night and Suggs is still available. Houston in: Wiseman, Wiggins and the 2021 #4 pick to be used on Suggs GSW in: Wood, Gordon and the 2021 Miami pick (top 14 protected) GSW Rational: Wood gives them a player who is ready to compete now as opposed to a long term project in Wiseman. Gordon is cheaper than Wiggins and Gordon would thrive in a 6th man role for them. They lose some size swapping Wiggins for Gordon but do not lose much on defense. Gordon's price tag, shooting and defense are all positives for GSW. Bc they are receiving the "win now" players in the deal, it costs them 10-15 spots in this year's draft. The Rockets might need to sweeten the pot a little bit but should not send anything more valuable than the Piston's pick. Houston Rational: Suggs looks like a seamless fit next to KPJ. The Rockets would have a solid under 22 core of Suggs, KPJ, Martin and Wiseman to build around. Wiggins is expensive but he is only 26, fits in the starting lineup at one of the forward positions (or can come in off the bench) and has one less year on his contract than Gordon. After this trade maybe the Rockets could ship Wall to NYK for literally nothing and re-sign Olynyk. Dream scenario but the lineup would then be... Suggs/Augustine KPJ Tate/Martin/House Olynyk/Wiggins Wiseman Draft smartly with the Blazers and Bucks picks, sign a couple of veterans to fill holes and we could have a competitive team next season. Or... the Rockets keep playing youngsters in another injury riddled season and end up with a really nice pick in the 2022 draft that we don't have to worry about them losing bc of a stupid trade for a disgruntled star. Looking forward to seeing what y'all come up with from your Tankathon scenarios.

Think the Warriors would do it if the Rockets offered two picks in this years draft? What do you think it would cost?
