Odorizzi needing to have tommy john would be crushing.
We really needed him to be an innings eater.

Not sure about “crushing”. But even the 2017 Astros had to rely on Mike Fiers for a decent stretch as the only consistent/healthy every 1 in 5 starter, so I agree they need innings eater.

Emanuel/Garcia can hopefully hold the fort till Framber is back. They really need deeper games from LMJ/Javier/Urquidy.

Yes, yes - I know the history of inaccurate Astros injury updates ... but this is encouraging nonetheless. If true, no TJS.

Send him down to Rehab and Recover until after the All Star Break. To see if he is really ready. He should pitch in AA until he is ready for the Big Leagues.

Astros lost so many games be because of Jake inability to pitch strong, healthy and deep into games in which he has never done with the Astros.

Kent Emanuel deserves to Start. He deserves it way more. He bailed the team out Jake in a tough situation.

    Kent deserves it.

So many games? He's literally pitched 2 games plus 1 out in the 3rd. It's not like he's Chris Holt or Tim Redding.

Issue in one of the forearm muscles that is NOT a precursor/symptom of TJS. A little rest and sounds like he should be back soon.

Odorizzi came up at the local Spelling Bee
    • The definition of the word - To odorize
    • The word’s part of speech - Definitely not a verb. The literal absence of action.
    • The word’s usage in a sentence - The fans in the stadium were not used to Odorizzi the mound successfully.
    • The word’s language(s) of origin - Italian. from a variant of the Germanic personal name Odorisio.
    • Alternate pronunciations of the word - Shiot Rizzi. The b*stard son.
    • Alternate definitions of the word - To really stink it up.
