I am glad he was willing to step up for his teammate but also maybe don't go to strip clubs while we have covid protocols in place?

The kid already has a bad reputation and he's not even 21 years old. **** like this isn't going to help...

If your expectation of Porter Jr is that he's going to turn himself around so thoroughly that he doesn't even go to strip clubs like almost every other player in the league, prepare to be very disappointed. I just want the kid to be emotionally and mentally healthy (or at least as much as is possible) and stay out of actual trouble. You seem to want him to become a Jehovah's Witness.

I don’t give a **** what he does as long as it’s not stupid enough to miss games for.

This is huge. It means he does have friends on the team. I had only seen one fist bump between Wood and KPj since KPJ's arrival. And that was versus the Magic.

If they test negative twice, they should play

and there we more rockets players there. KPJ got named in the incident so for the public image, he has to take part of the fall and miss games now per "protocol". While the rest of the rockets that were also there can continue playing

I don’t trust KPJr once the season is over and he’s out on his own in the summer time...this dude has a history of making bad decisions

Lol @ the faux outrage and convenient trust issues!

why didn’t anyone else step up to the bad guys? Didn’t want to ruin an NBA legacy - on this team?? Bunch of b****es on the squad it seems AND there is a certified piru blood with them! LOLLLL

    Good for you Scoot!

why y’all crying about missing games? This year? Too funny.

This will be fantastic if he doesn't complain about it in any way, maybe says a sorry, and comes back and plays.

We really want to see how he handles any kind of adversity, so, while not an ideal scenario, yay!

I really don't understand these protocols. They make no rational sense and it seems like they might be using these "protocols" as a cover for a punishment for breaking rules.

Because in reality all they have to do is do a simple Covid test where they can get a result within hours and not have to go in "protocol".

What is the point of this? He's played 2 games since and already infected the other players and teams... ridiculous.
