Also, the article says the greatest player in Heat history also had issues, so what was up with Rony Seikaly?

Someone got a big head from the bubble, where everyone crowned him the next great thing.

Basking in his newfound celebrity, it didn’t take Herro long to capitalize on his fame, parlaying his playoff success into a cereal (HerrO’s Fruit Hoops) and even his own menu item at Chipotle. Herro was also the subject of a song by rapper Jack Harlow and cameoed in the accompanying music video.

“Tyler Herro chose to become a celebrity,” Winderman said. “He chose to become something outside the game, as is his right. With his breakfast cereal, and his Tyler Tuesdays, and his Chipotle Bowl and that’s all well and good. But you know what? Other players when they see a player doing that before they’ve truly reached it. I don’t know if I want to say there’s a jealousy… They sort of take a scant view of the guy and say, ’Wait a minute buddy. You haven’t done anything yet.”

“Tyler has brought a lot of this on himself,” Skolnick agreed while adding that members of the Heat organization are beginning to worry about Herro’s celebrity lifestyle and how it’s affecting his performance.“Ultimately, the team starts to get a certain level of concern. In this particular case, the team has been concerned now for months. And that’s kind of where it’s at.”

While Herro continues to promote his cereal and burrito bowls ad nauseam on Twitter and Instagram, teammate Bam Adebayo recently inked an endorsement deal with Jordan, though it mostly flew under the radar. “Think about this. Bam Adebayo got his deal with Jordan brand this year. How little he’s made of that,” noted Winderman. “Other guys would blow that up in all their social media and put it in your face.”

Not a big Herro believer but at this point this seems like much ado about nothing.

He's gotta make a choice. Does he want to please Pat Riley or Katya??

It's an easy one to make for most :D:D

maybe he’s the just the type of young player who needs to be in a boring or irrelevant market so he can focus strictly on ball and won’t have any off-court distractions

It is odd that a white guy acts like Eminem.

Maybe Jason Williams can be his Mentor.

Herro just needs to control himself before he convinces a couple of teams to give him overinflated contracts. He should go take some lessons from Chandler Portions.

Herro saw my thread Herro or Simmons on Clutchfans and his ego flamed. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in a club with Morey signing his next contract...

    It's just kinda weird.

Dude is involved with two food items (a breakfast cereal and an item on the menu at Chipotle), and he was in a music video. And people are getting their jimmies rustled over...that?

With the Heat being "concerned," you'd think Herro was skipping practice or participating in orgies or partying at bars without a face mask on or something extreme like that. But no. It's food items and a music video.
