Why should I research an argument I'm not making?

Title of your first link. That isn't about gifted students?

Because it's relevant to the discussion you wanted to have.

You asked me "How does racism negatively affect black children?" I know how you are so I said you should do your own research.

Franchise was nice enough to try and present the how and why of it. Basically that low expectations can get in the way of black students being recognized as gifted students.

This is a direct negative effect of how stereotypes can negatively influence a child's future.

The mother isn't engaged. Just because you want to focus on the disparaging comments doesn't mean I have to.

Because you don't care about the kid, you simply don't. You were presented with evidence about how racism can negatively affect children but you truly don't care.

The mother doesn't care about her son's education, the same son that's been a good student for most of his life....riiiight...but the teacher that claims she called the mom 5 million times is to be believed. What a fool believes.

Where is your proof of being a good student?

Do you even know what this is about? I guess you were so ecstatic to go on your 'Black people suck!' act that you barely looked into the story? I mean you even thanked jigglyfly for starting the thread so you could get into it lol.

The story says that his struggles started since covid and distance learning.

I read it. It says he struggled since the pandemic but it never says he was a good student

I can do this stupid ass battle of attrition especially when I know you're wrong because you would have just given proof

If someone says "Harden's struggled since his injury" what does that imply?

There is no battle here lol...it's funny though you begging for proof when based on 0 evidence you go "The mother is a terrible mother!" then when asked for proof you go "Stats show black kids struggle more in schools, there's my proof." as if that ended it when it had literally nothing to do with this story.

I never said it wasn't about gifted students. I mentioned it was about more than that which is something you would know if you'd read it.

But even if it only referenced gifted students and the racism in education, it would still be relevant.

If you'd read anyone's links, you might be aware of that.

It all addresses the argument you are making. Once you read the research you are free to argue about why it doesn't apply.

But you haven't and you won't.

I don't want to argue about gifted students. You brought that up. Don't give a ****. Not my concern. Stop begging for my attention

Because the kid is now struggling doesn't mean he was good and it doesn't mean definitively he wasn't struggling before

You're calling him a "good" student. There are levels between struggling and good

So are you saying there is a possibility that he was a good student before Covid?
