I've linked several. They don't just talk about the 'extreme gifted kids'. You have no idea what you are talking about and aren't reading any of the helpful tools that will help you to understand.

I opened your links and they're about gifted kids. Didn't subject. You're a teacher. Tell us about your racist colleagues

They are in part about gifted students. They are also about general overall racism in education and how it affects any student gifted or otherwise. You haven't read them.

I have worked off and on for 15 years in a education and juvenile probation environment and latent racism is very real, both fields are quick to punish and then punish at a higher level or just ignore the kids in those environments instead of helping.

Not everybody but a big enough percentage to make a difference.

But this would require more effort than obsessively posting that black people suck in any remotely race-related thread. I'm not one who thinks pgabs account was taken over by the Russians, but he really seems to have suffered from some kind of trauma that has has led him to a self-hating place and compulsive behavior.

Nah. It's self-evident to anyone who routinely posts here. I don't need to convince yourself of it.

I have like a 3 minute rule on my postings nowadays, if people wonder why my posts aren't as long as they used to be, this is why. I ain't spending more than 3 mins per post on you or anyone here. Especially you because you won't read anything I link or won't be honest about the discussion. I've learned that.

So no, I'm not going to spend 10+ minutes presenting research and data to you. I would if I felt like you were honestly curious about it but it's clear you're not after @FranchiseBlade attempt to educate you...so why should I spend time on it again?

So no, it's not my 'work' to educate you. You have the internet, clearly, do your own. You're the one that claims to be so deeply concerned about the issue.

You don't know what you are saying or what information is in the articles because you haven't read them.

    Here's a recap.
    1. You claimed that the problem was black parents not being involved and that it wasn't racism and that talking about racism was just a waste of time.
    2. Everyone else pointed out that racism was also a huge detriment to the education of African American students.
    3. There were links concerning studies and research about it, both about gifted and and non-gifted students. But you aren't reading any of those to gain an inkling of what people are talking about regarding the subject. Yet, you still try and say why they don't apply or fit with the conversation despite not having a clue of the different areas they are discussing.

Until you know what everyone is talking about and how it applies, you have no ground to stand on regarding saying the information is or isn't applicable. You were shown how to find your own information. I linked studies related to race in schools in general not just gifted, but even the gifted links address general expectations and results regarding race.

So either you get to a baseline amount to participate in the conversation or there is no point talking about it with you.
