Would you really? What programs would that money go to, what would it look like? And if you weren't Biden, which programs and ideas would you similarly support on the issue as a voter? I ask questions because I love to learn.
maybe Biden could bring back Jimmy Carter's Mental Illness Act: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mental_Health_Systems_Act_of_1980 and for @dobro1229 and @dmoneybangbang , yes I voted for Carter in 1980
2 trillion for health care and social services, that's a lot of money... but I agree with you, that would be a very good investment for the people of this nation.
One "sane" person can purchase a gun and then have a psychotic breakdown or develop depression etc etc What can you prevent with checks? Only Personality disorders and early set schizophrenia? Or you expect a person in a middle of a psychotic delusional breakdown to go to the authorities and surrender all his previously owned automatic weapons? Mental illnesses aren't static and can develop anytime and have sudden onset.
Wtf. A non shooting thread becomes a yet another biweekly shooting thread convo fodder when there are plenty of things unanswered. Love everyone's confirmation bias, but these wonderful ideas can be put in those other threads...
As others have mentioned, you could not vote for them, support them, spread their talking points, actively criticize them and speak out when they oppose the things you supposedly support.
Appears he is disappointed that the Capital Police said it did not appear to be an act of terrorism. Maybe he will luck out and the guy will be linked to antifa...
That's awesome. I'm sure you've never used one outside a hobby though. never picked it up as a hobby though myself. But keep on hubrising.
Well a longer heavier barrel does increase range. A bump stock can accelerate rate of fire. Though you can technically bump fire without a bump stock. Extended mags allow more round expended before having to reload. There are many ways to make a weapon more lethal. Though I admit bump firing even though in can expend many rounds in a short amount of time, it isn't accurate at all.
I seem to remember you shot a mosin. I'm sure that was official business. its weird to lie about such a thing
Why would I lie about that? Yes when you are a former grunt, you have friends who have the same hobby as yours and therefore when I hang out some of my close friends I served with we go shooting. They own the weapons. Not me. I don't own any.
Gee, Glenn. Maybe it's "remotely possible" that you know a whole lot less than investigators after you've watched the video of one press conference. Guy is such an agenda-driven tool, whether I agree with his takes or not.
