Gotta say, the funniest part (which will surely continue) is non-2017 rostered players getting boo’ed, like Brantley, Alvarez, etc. I understand it’s part of the public backlash but it’s so ******* stupid. Wonder if Springer and Marwin will get the boo birds, nah...fans aren’t that smart, they’d rather boo the likes of Straw and Machete

Yep pretty dumb and the fans look clueless but the media drove the narrative to make it seem like they cheated in 2020. There are only FOUR postion players on the entire 2021 roster that were here in 17'. All infielders. I noticed that 4 letter network considered it newsworthy enough to put it on their front page today. "Belated boos belt Astros" Really? Belt?? lol
It's only been 1 year since it was revealed and fans had little to no chance to express their displeasure last year. Pretty sure most fans on this board would be doing the same thing if the Astros were the 'victim'.
Maybe for teams that didn’t have a great DH option. I’m sure they also missed the beloved double switch and sac bunt!
Watching Astros baseball after the wife and kids went to bed last night just felt so.....right. Like everything is back to normal in the Houston sports world again.
True but we’ve whipped their ass enough since for them to know we don’t need any extra curricular going on to do it. I might boo if it had been us but the signs and all that is too embarrassing for me after you get your ass kicked but hey they paid for the ticket so you do you.
