Looking into the Pac12, I can understand why they got snubbed by the media/committee. I only looked at their tourney teams, but they played absolutely nobody out of conference. The few times they played good teams (UCLA vs SDSU and Ohio St, Oregon v Mizzou, Colorado v Tenn, USC v UConn) they all got beat, USC did beat BYU, that's the conference's only win against an ooc tourney team.
The infamous free throw chokes in college. A play in team is really going to the elite 8 lol Great hire to get Cronin from Cincy edit: welp over time lol
11-25 is hard to do for a slightly competent middle school team. @MadMax? I think we're just gonna have to officially rename this the YOLO Special. Nice to see a proper buzzer beater again, haven't been enough this tourney. Pac12 extending the middle finger just a little bit higher tonight. Getting close to double rods.
You can have all the talent in the world. In close games we’ve seen in time and time again in college. They lose you games. Always amazing to me when the best players can’t hit free throws
UH vs NCST: Dream and Clyde 8-9, rest of team 2-10 Still kills me. Syracuse-Indiana: Syracuse 11-20. Nobody outside of Indiana would know Keith Smart's name if Cuse had hit a few more FTs.
That 'Bama coach just amazed me, in a bad way. He had one critical possession and put the ball in the hands of one of his good scorers, fine -- but he had the man go to the hoop and he's a 50% FT shooter. Sure enough, clanked both. Fun game though. UCLA playing well overall and could keep making a little noise.
Charles Barkley out here trying to get fired. On an NCAA March Madness show saying the NCAA doesn’t know what they’re doing and need to get their act together.
replace Final 4 with Elite Eight when was the last time 3 teams from the same conference made it to the Elite Eight ? probably never until this year when Oregon State, USC and UCLA reached the Elite Eight
