I haven't seen anything like his 2018-2019 season and he didn't even come close to winning MVP that year which is crazy. Any other player who scored 30 plus on every team in the league and averages over 45 for a month should be MVP... if he didn't deserve it that year no one ever did. So if he wins it this year it's cuz of the big market media and the bias against the Rockets. What a joke the NBA has become.
While mostly true a big reason is that there are no other really strong candidates with all the injuries and the lack of winning of the Bucks and nuggets.
i just opened up my nba app and the lead news story is the kia mvp ladder (dated march 26th): 1) jokic 2) gianass 3) lillard 4) leroids 5) embiid honorable mention: harden
Not sure what's worse. The fact that Lillard is 3rd, the fact that LeBron and Embiid are both above Harden despite currently being out with injury, or the fact that Harden isn't even in the top 5.
We should give the nets the rings. Even if KD is hurt, a rejuvenated BG ,LMA, Harden and kyrie should be enough.
he looked washed to me, but Harden is the ultimate stimulus package so he’ll be fine, at least offensively
BK has too many guys who deserve minutes...there’s some minutes available in the frontcourt right now, but KD is returning very soon...you’d assume he’d spend some time at the 4 unless they’re not planning to do that Is DJ getting banished to the shadow realm? BK’s been stocking up on former All-Star bigs that don’t really defend. maybe it’s to save KD and not have him playing any minutes at the 4 until playoff time
You know how I rate Claxton but his strength has mostly been on the perimeter against guards, I don't think he has the weight or strength yet to bang with any of the three I named. He's skinny as ****, would get pushed around in the playoffs by elite bigs.
