Didn’t watch the game but Wall shot 24% with 25 shots!? LMFAO.

 

The Rockets should just shut Wall down for the rest of the season and play Augustin and others at the position. They can still lose a lot of games and not be a national joke because of the way they are going about it.

There is no way any coach worth his salt lets his point guard ball hog his way to an 18-0 run by the other team over a seven minute stretch unless it was intentional.

 

I have bad news for you about playing Mason Jones.

 

Who then got fired and whose system got thrown into the dumpster for iso/5 out DantoHarden offense, along with all the players he trained in the magic system.

Good example! The Rockets need a better system temp coach so they can lose and get rid of him and then sign the next James Harden, Kevin Durant and Kyyrie Irving in 5 years.

If anything it's a good example of why system morons should be laughed at and ignored. The system is.....to get elite players.


Why don't you actually think through the implications of what you say? The Rockets are bad because their players are terrible, and that is their goal. Shut the **** up about system - it's embarrassing. System doesn't mean **** when you're signing Mason Jones Jr after realizing he's not an NBA player

Well there's three types of people on this thread

1. Those that think wall was doing it on purpose to tank, and Silas is in on it

2. Those that think wall was actually trying to win the game but he really really sucks this bad and Silas is too much of a chicken and walls friend to bench wall

3. And, then there is me, the one poster that can't tell if wall is tanking or if wall really sucks this bad LOL

If that is so....shouldn't even advertise 4 tickets and 4 hot dogs and a coke for $79....who wants to pay money to watch an outcome that is predetermined. The fans lose, the NBA LP people lose...the only ones who don't lose are the players who get their money no matter what. If you were told to screw away as much money as you can, and do the worst job possible ....then objective achieved. No need to try to determine what arena capacity will be for next year, just keep the same "stiff cutouts" in the same seats...it'll match the stiff coaching the team.

 

Yes, it’s certainly possible that Fertitta doesn’t want to pay Silas’ buyout and he is given a second year. But, at the same time, Fertitta is a prideful guy, and he doesn’t want his team to be considered the laughingstock of the NBA.

Next season should be about developing who they draft in the first round and all the young talent currently on the roster. It means teaching them good habits and how to play as a team. They will lose plenty of games through young mistakes, but doing so because you let your veteran point guard play hero ball and freeze his teammates out should not be the goal.

we are tanking... why are you so emotional? the Rockets can just sit wall like previous years, the NBA ended that. He can’t come out and say the orders from the top is to lose as many games as possible.

tanking has been a thing for ages -real fans understand - NBA MLB NFL it happens in all leagues.
