Kamala Harris isn't a bleeding heart when it comes to enforcing law. The biggest criticism against her from Liberals was how harsh she was a DA.

If people on either side of the political divide believe that Harris going to open the border and welcome migrants might be in for a rude awakening.

Many Asians do feel this way and there is a strong sentiment among Asian Americans that we got here the right way while Mexicans, Guatemalans and Hondurans are trying to cheat the system. This is of course ignoring that there are many Chinese and other Asian immigrants who have come here through illegal channels including crossing the Southern border.

This is another indicator that the Asian American community is far from monolithic and historically within the community some ethnicities have looked down upon other ethnicities because of biases going back to Asia but also the idea that many of those immigrants are undeserving. For instance the Chinese, Korean and Japanese American community have looked down upon Asian refugee communities.

I posted an article earlier about this but recently there has been more unity among Asian Americans because of broad based anti-immigrant rhetoric, increased attacks on Asians of all ethnicities and rhetoric around COVID-19. The fact that we have Hmong and Filipinos attacked for the "Chinese Virus" has woken up many that it doesn't matter what country we're originally from. For South Asians the fact that Sikhs, Hindus and Jainists were caught up in anti-Muslim bias shows that it doesn't matter what your religion actually is.

I got a kick out of going to a Chinese restaurant in interior Mexico and we were talking in Spanish to the owner who told us that he had lived in Houston iirc for 8 years and had workerd 80 hour or more per week in a Chinese restaurant where he learned to cook. He said he could speak Chinese, but had hardly learned any English.

Have had a similar experience speaking to waitstaff in Chinese restaurants who came from the PRC. Their English is pretty poor but they rapidly learn Spanish.

For some reason she crushed the old link.

The funniest thing about these are the reply people who think she's really working for Cruz.

Obv the bottom left was shopped lol. I can bring in just authentic pics if you want, but it's an obvious joke retort. Do you want the picture where Biden is grazing the girl's nipple? We all know Biden doesn't think of kids in that way. Unless they are black kids, roaches he called them nonetheless, rubbing his sun kissed golden strands of leg hair.

Ted is so outraged over children traveling miles on end for asylum in desperation for a better life. It's nothing new. His family has a history of it, which makes him such a hypocrite. I found an interesting article on his family history.

Why Ted Cruz Should Welcome Immigrants

One excerpt from a very detailed article:

Consider this: No male Cruz in Ted Cruz’s direct line has died in the country of his birth for generations, starting at least as far back as his great-grandfather — meaning since 1870–1880 or so. On the reasonable assumption that he eventually dies in any country other than Canada and his father in any country other than Cuba, his family will be approaching two centuries of starting life in one country and ending it in another — sometimes with a third tucked in between. It’s not an exaggeration to say that immigration is the defining characteristic of the Cruz family. It’s what they do.

Luckily for them, they have repeatedly been welcomed on their country-hopping wanderings — whether they were refugees or not. Bearing that in mind, wouldn’t you think that Ted Cruz’s family would be one of the most welcoming of all?

Probably best to ignore that guy or girl or whatever. He/she is just not right in so many ways.

Cruz is a good example of the attitude among many immigrants, that now they are here they want to lift up the ladder to keep more people coming from. Ignoring the steps that Rafael Cruz's family took to get here including many things that other immigrants are criticized for.

Then again hypocrisy isn't something new to Rafael Cruz..

Awaking a SCW? Wouldn’t be prudent or efficacious.
