What a joke of a team....had 23 year old stars in Allen and Levert and gave them away for a bag of chips. Even had a decent player in Prince. The “so-called” brain trust of Tillman, Silas, and Stone are bringing us down faster than the Titanic.
Allen and Levert aren’t stars, so u can stop right there immediately stopped reading after seeing that nonsense
So many posters begging for the Rockets to be a 9th seed with a team built around Lavert, Wood and Allen.
They've botched this entire situation since Harden ditched the team for Lil Baby. It has been just amazing to watch the sheer incompetence. I don't think I've ever witnessed anything like it.
but this team would be in a better position and probably in the playoffs if they were on the team Houston lost these trades badly
There were a lot of people pushing for us to tank early in the season, and there now seem to be a lot of people complaining about how bad the Rockets are. I hope these aren't the same people.
I'm buying NBA 2K just to play as Avery Bradley and Kelly Olynyk in our new Wal Mart jerseys. So excited.
Tilman: Hey we did great today Guysss. We got back a Texas Longhorn legend and he sure knows my restaurants. Also, the lead singer of Hanson is a great marketing tool for my casinos.
1. JA and his new contract or Milwaukee Unprotected 2023 Pick. 2. Caris and his contract or expiring contracts and Miami Pick Swap. (Potentially moving up 10+ spots in the draft) I don't mind us taking option 2 on both of these, tbh.
While generally true, there are a couple points you are missing. First, KPJ is the one silver lining in this mess. If Allen isn’t traded, Price doesn’t get KPJ’s locker. Second, every gripe fans here have about Oladipo could also be said about Caris. His TS% is right around .5.
Dipo was projected to be far better than both those guys. Hindsight is 20/20. We won’t know for sure who won any of this until Jarret Allen signs his deal and where Miami pick swap next year lands. They could have improved our position anywhere from 5-10 spots or stayed even. It is disappointing that Dipo didn’t play well, but it was worth gamble. I still like what Stone has done. They seem to be very good at evaluating talent. We will see. Jury is out on Silas, but don’t like his handling of Wall. If Wall keeps showing him up on the court he needs to sit.
It's funny seeing folks all of a sudden surprised at the state of the rockets. As if this didn't start in 2018 and getting worse literally every year. A number of yall are like 3 years late . But most of you were spent that time blaming the wrong folks. Here we are
I thiught everybody wanted the tank? Making the playoffs wouldnt do anything Allen is a free agent next year and the Rox would just get clobbered by the Lakers or whoever. I dont like the return on Dipo but its dumb to act like Levert and Allen are superstars. Levert is playing like trash in Indiana have you even seen his stats??????
Dipo was not projected to be better. He has not looked the same since coming off of injury and we knew that when we traded for him.
stephen silas fit into tilmans budget couldnt afford ty lue, and abc/ espn was gonna match any offer for jvg
