first game i've watched in quite a while. definitely wanted to get a win out of the way before breaking the record. now i'm worried with wood back that we'll beat minny both times.

I do. This mf took 30 shots and only made 8. He lost his got damn mind after he made that 360 layup. He’s supposed to be FACILITATING. We were told he was a pure point guard. Pure pg my ass. 8-30 for 19 points.

And before you give me the be happy we won lecture. That’s my only complaint about tonight. That’s bad basketball and will lose you games most nights.

You can be competitive and still lose games. For example, Silas can experiment with different lineups, player roles or call creative plays in crunch time. But, the effort should be there in every game. During the 20-game losing streak, the Rockets lost by more than 10 points 16 times. Before yesterday’s loss to the Thunder, they had lost 12 consecutive games by more than 10 points. Tanking doesn’t have to include getting blown out on a nightly basis.

We'll take the pride win, cool to break the steak for folks.

Minor setback for Team Tank, it's alright. Sometimes you gotta be patient.

sorry if I decoded your acronym wrong, but Christian Wood must certainly give a **** that John Wall is taking twice as many shots as him while shooting 25%. There’s no reason on earth the “point guard” should take that many shots when so many other guys are actually shooting well.

Does it really matter? In my opinion it doesn’t. He can go 8-300 and if we win we win. If we lose, we lose. This year is toast.

seriously though- you’re shocked and or upset that this happened on a 12 win team (12-30)?

Man John Wall know he be lying his ass off in the post game comments lmao. The real message Silas told him was "If you F-up one more game..your ass going back to DC".

Naw but great game by Wall tonight, i admit i have been critical of him lately but he balled out tonight.

Play Dipo and Wall together if you want to tank.

Sterling Brown’s start set the tone for the game. Lord knows Oladipo would’ve started out 1/7 and we would’ve been down 15 in the 2nd.

    It is crazy to me
I watch multiple sets where . .. John brings up the ball . . holds it until About 16 seconds .. . .
    passes it to someone . . . immediately demands it back . . .
and then he dribbles and shoots

If the ball is in his hands at the 10 second mark
Generally speaking the rest of the team can start running back on defense

I love it when Wall waves off Wood to the corner and then takes 20 dribbles into a contested midrange that bricks.

He was good defensively but he was still very bad and extremely inefficient on offense.

I see Wood on this team long term.

Wall, not so much. But if you go 8-30, might as well get a trip dub. :p
