I see him giving them vaccines already. He needs to go ahead and up that number by a lot to get Mexico to do some more work for him.
He will give them vaccines and will likely do something they want such as reopen limited diplomatic negotiations or review certain trade deals. It isn't ideal, but the reality is that the the two parties are not willing to come to an agreement on a long term plan. I liked the idea of tying it into an infrastructure plan.... but I don't think the Republicans will go along with it either because neither side wants to help the president on the opposite side of the aisle.
It is relevant to the extent that it involves Project Veritas and the issue of libel. It doesn't change the fact that Project Veritas has zero credibility, that it relies upon edited videos, entrapment and disinformation. The organization has a long history of being guilty of defamation, distortion and inaccurate reporting. They also trying to get around paying "whistle blowers" by establishing Go Fund Me pages for the whistle blowers hours after they release their "evidence" to the public, which draws huge donations. Project Veritas is the least credible "media" in the USA and their reputation is zero from everyone other than the far right.
Hey the country can use more ambitious folks who have the strength to walk 1200 miles with their young kids on their shoulders. How come the media never talks about how whenever some campesinos organize for a higher minimum wage or a union the US helps their local oligarchs kill them.

For example, the ramp up in border crossings by minors started 6 months ago and now GOP politicians are saying that Biden's "open border policy" is the reason for the uptick. And when did "open borders" mean 72% of border crossers caught being deported? It's all bad faith bs.

I'm more of a classical liberal and I'm not a GOPer SO arguing against a strawman must be fun. Life on easy mode eh? Biden is to blame though and you need to pull your head out of his washed up dementia ridden herpe infested butthole. Trump was trying to stop it and was actually taking some steps, while Biden reversed everything and signaled to the world that it was fair game to come to the U.S. and that they wouldn't enforce ****. Now he's putting them up in hotels on our dime. They are literally telling reporters they are coming because of Biden, but you live in a damn echo chamber where everything is Trump's fault and all of those people on THAT SIDE are just stupid and without facts. Biden ****ed it up by encouraging this mess. Plain and simple and that will continue to happen until he signals otherwise that illegal aliens aren't welcome. Continuing to harbor them will only lead to more trains of illegal immigration. That is to say it's basic psychology. If you continue to cave into another party, they will continue to try and extract more until you stop being a pushover. Say what you will about Trump, but at least he signaled to the world that we wasn't responsive to this type of royal ****ery. We need a clear strict policy enacted and actions that signal you won't be given handouts and a free ride. Until then, Biden will continue to wave them in. This takes away from tax payers who NEED support and drains our welfare system. It's not fair to the people of the United States to have a mass of people illegally cross the border and set up camp to leech off their prosperity. There are legal methods to enter the country and they must be preserved and respected. There are people in need of those "jobs" no one would supposedly word. There are wages being suppressed which benefits corporations only. And there is only so much residential space and that's already getting stretched thin and raising the cost of living which takes food out of the mouths of Americans.
Trump vigorously spent 4 years deliberately dismantling the immigration system and the GOP Congress underfunded it the six years before that. And now the numbnuts want to holler Biden Biden Biden!
