Those concerns are valid. I think he'll get better as he gets more strength. He needs to be able to knock dude's off balance so he could finish better through contact and drive more to the rim. His shots will come back, Im not worried.

One thing we can see is apart from rebounding playmaking translates to the next level extremely consistently.

Lonzo Ball, Simmons, Lamelo Ball, Rubio, Luka, Haliburton...I've never seen super talented playmakers not translate to the NBA in terms of playmaking.

Given that the logical choice should be Cade. You cant really predict who among Suggs, Green and Kuminga will be better, it'll depend on their level of maturity, passion for the game, ambition and conpetitivr drive. We dont know if these guys the next Wiggins or the next Jordan. But at least we know Cade still gonna be an S tier playmaker in the NBA. At 6'7 he is also versatile can play 3 spots depending on how his skillset develops.

 

I better not see people judging prospects off tourney games who wanted Ben Simmons. Didn’t LSU not even make the tournament?

 

I dont think the tourney matters tbh. I remember Tyrus Thomas got drafted 4rth purely because how he played in March madness.

Cavs would have drafted Melo over Bron if they got too hyped about the tourney lol

he gets wherever he wants, and doesn’t need elite speed and athleticism to do it...averaging 24, 5, and 6 as a 3rd year player while playing like he’s moving in slow motion

 

He can also guard 1-4 at his size. Good in our switch defense

 

People really shouldn't look too hard at the tournament when scouting players. While it's good if a player dominates the tourney, it shouldn't really change what you think of a player beforehand. Plenty of guys have raised their stock through it only to suck and vice versa.

The tournament is like the NBA bubble every year, some guys just have that one shining moment.
