Wood isn’t injury prone because he rolled his ankle twice. High tops will get the job done.

There’s no way Oladipo has negative trade value. At the very least he’s a late 1st rounder.

wiggins, as i said, has negative value due to his contract.

You‘re selling way too low on the rockets assets in that case.

There's no telling what Oladipo's value is. He's been *better* lately, but he's still a free agent after the season and wants to get paid. Heat aren't giving up real value at the moment it seems. In order for the Heat to offer their 2025 1st, they'd have to negotiate with OKC. What about the Knicks? Knox, Burks, other available players don't appeal to me, but they can probably offer the Dallas 1st rd pick as a sweetener. Stone should take Oladipo talks all the way to the deadline so that teams will become desperate. The hope is that Knicks, Heat, and others interested struggle this week and feel the need to get a deal done. Can't wait to see how this all unfolds.

Regarding Wood, he had that elbow issue really early in the season and then rolled his ankle 2x. Elbow issue isn't ideal, but sprained ankles can happen to any player. I wouldn't call him injury prone.

    Dipo is averaging 20 ppg.

He has value for teams needing that 3rd scorer.

Also, he’s the best player on a market, where a bunch of teams are trying to compete.

I‘m convinced Stone will get a great deal for Dipo. He seems to be patient enough and knows what he wants.
I think the PJ deal was great and the dipo deal will be great aswell

My thoughts exactly. Wood too good and IMO deserves better than to be stuck on a crap team for most of his prime as well, he did Rox a solid by signing for a good deal and committing to the team.

Tbh the Wood/Dipo Wiseman/Wiggins/Minny pick trade makes so much sense for both teams I hope Stone pulls it off although it is a pipe dream. If he can do that Im ready to crown him in yr 0 considering everything else he has done.

Maybe, I’m in favor of accumulating more future picks at the moment. We may not be good for at least 3-4 years

Zach Lavine has 1 more year left on his deal. Lol, y’all think he’s gonna re-sign in Houston for his prime years?

This is the guy people are so desperate to trade for?

(Hopefully) That’s not Aaron Gordon or John Collins or Tyler Herro or Buddy Hield or Gary Harris or Talen Horton-Tucker or Lauri Markkanen or De’Andre Hunter or Kevin Huerter (or whoever CF currently has a boner for).

These players surround/support your franchise player/foundational piece.

Yes, finding one is hard, but don’t settle, don’t shortcut it.

Rockets are going to get the #1 pick and trade it for Beal. That’s how stupid and short-sighted they are.

Trading an unknown for a known is never a bad idea. Cade Cunningham might end up being another Michael Beasley.

I doubt the Rockets will trade picks for Bradley Beal.

The Rockets need Depth at every Position using those Draft Picks.

If the Rockets Trade Picks Bradley Beal.

Honestly he would want a Trade Request Immediately. Every All Star in the League dont want to play Houston.

The team has Rehabbing Veterans and 20 year olds in Kevin Porter Jr. and KJ Martin Jr.

All tanking teams are looking to trade for the next superstar in waiting. I just don't think people realize how unlikely the Harden trade was, and how most rebuilding teams never get that opportunity, and so the next most likely thing to happen is rebuilding through the draft.

I also think there's the John Wall, Christian Wood dynamic here where Stone needs to be very careful to send the signal that he wants to give them a chance to compete for a playoff spot next season. You want to make sure they are both excited to be here, and are advocates for what Houston is trying to do. If we go into the Summer with a "well this is just a rebuilding year" mantra both of those guys are just going to try and force a trade which will make it hard to do anything else, and suck the life out of the organization.

this. y'all forgot we got a cheap ass owner. he does not want max players. that's why he got rid of cp3, wb, and harden.

all of a sudden now he is willing to pay max to a guy inferior to harden?

thats why they said "PIECE.". not franchise superstar
