Finch has the wolves playing respectable basketball. Can’t believe they hired bickerstaff over this guy
Still have like 40 games left of this sh*t. Tilman better be stroking Adam silver to make up for pushing the Westbrook trade
Rockets play the Pistons tonight for the final time this season. Who would've thought the 103-102 win against them would be this meaningful! Wall is listed as questionable and McLemore too, so this could be the first time Wall, Oladipo, and Wood are on the court together in what seems like forever. Hopefully that doesn't improve their chance of winning lol. On a side note, Rockets play the TWolves 3 times (March 26 & 27 and April 27). TWolves already got Edwards and KAT with #1 pick and will have DLo back next season. Please let the Rockets have #1, Pistons #2, and TWolves #3. Please! Current standings: Rockets 11-28, Pistons 11-29, TWolves 10-31
Pushing Westbrook trade? Lol. Silver should be happy Harden is on the Nets because Nets/Lakers Finals should get really good ratings. Kyrie, KD, Harden, LeBron of course, AND Anthony Davis? Really good ratings + awarding Rockets with top draft pick = everyone wins lol
Finch always seemed like a head coach in the making. I see Nick Nurse doing really well in Toronto and think Finch is Nurse 2.0. Saw a rumor that the Pacers were interested in Finch before hiring Bjorkgren. Not often do you see a team hire a new head coach in the middle of the season, so clearly Rosas thought highly of him. Both of them used to be in the Rockets organization obviously, so there is some familiarity.
I think it was definitely due to their shared time on the Rockets. They were head coach/GM of the Vipers. I'm kinda pissed too that we didn't end up hiring either Nurse or Finch.
Some of us recognized the wreck and were already in tank mode when PJ's "gift" left his hands.... just in time. Ergo pissed and hoping it didn't come back to haunt us.
