No KPJ is untouchable. But maybe Stone can work some magic. 3 team deal Wall/garbage plus picks for Harden/CP3. One can dream

    Probably Herro or John Collins.

MPJ i think played his way out of a trade.

    This really isn’t news.

They have tried for MPJ and had discussions with the Hawks for Collins. They have asked about KAT and that went nowhere.

If find it to be a short sighted strategy, but it largely depends on the player I suppose.

You know how teams are always looking to trade young foundational pieces for an assortment of mediocre assets

I don't think we would be so lucky to pull another Jimmy out the hat, but here's to hoping I guess

Sacramento has no interest in trading Fox, a dozen teams have been sniffing around Fox and it isn’t happening.

Sure... depends on the pick(s) and depends on the player.

No, they are willing to deal a lot of the swaps, etc for a player they want... have been ever since the Harden deal.

I wonder how old these target "foundation pieces" are. We need to be looking for our guy in the 20-23 range.

We could get KAT if we trade Wood plus some picks but that would be a terrible move for Houston.

I think the Wolves would do that in a heart beat.

Wood plus a filler and the Brooklyn pick for KAT

I don't like this strategy, but Stone is worried that he won't acquire a top four pick in the upcoming draft. The Rockets shouldn't give up a boatload of picks for Aaron Gordon and Mo Bamba.

We still gonna lose a ton of games next year and the year after that even with a MPJ or Collins level player. Still going to be lottery picks
