Tony buzbee filing lawsuit against Deshaun Watson? Hints at mistreating women

That's how it always works. Once you get one or two cases, a good attorney starts looking for other people that may have had this stuff happen to them. Lots of times, these types of things are not super secret in the circles of celebrities and athletes, and its not hard to find people that may have been involved.

Also, the one connecting thing so far has been Watson reaching out via Instagram. Buzbee may have been able to just look through Watson's history on Instagram or even gotten a court order to see some interactions.

The terrible thing now is that the third accuser has actually accused him of rape. If there is ANY credible evidence, there is a real possibility of criminal investigations.

 

Certainly not, but when that many women that he's hired for the same thing all have a very similar complaint, it's more likely that what they are saying has some truth to it.

I think that truth is that he often seeks out random low level masseuses knowing that he can use his position of power and wealth over them to get them to give him a tug and a rub or whatever else he's looking for.

Buzbee certainly looks to be an ambulance chaser, but that doesn't necessarily mean all of the women are lying outright.

 

Why in the world would the front office want to bring down his value. He is the single most valuable asset this team has as far as trades. Like I said yesterday, smells like "Hero Syndrome ".un wavering support for your star. Law suits go away. DeShawn loves the front office and ir ready to honor his contract. Just one of many scenarios that could play out.

There is absolutely no way the Texans are behind any of this.
Tarnishing the reputation of their biggest asset is something even the dumbest of dumb wouldn’t do.
If they knew about this, it would have been brought to his attention early on and wouldn’t have been at this stand still.

Agreed. It’s going to be hard to prove what was said or went on in these rooms... especially if there is no video surveillance. It’s going to be a matter of “he said/she said”. But the 6 women claiming similar things is disturbing. Tony Buzbee is a very good lawyer... so even if these women are lying the cases are being filed to make it appear as a pattern of a sexual predator...or they’re telling the truth. We just don’t know yet

I don’t know if Watson is or isn’t guilty. I will say the number of complaints, the claimed text messages and the allegation that he flew these women in from across the country is concerning to me. We will see what comes of it, but anyone is capable of being a sexual predator and anyone is capable of being a victim.
