Tony buzbee filing lawsuit against Deshaun Watson? Hints at mistreating women

We have to assume he's innocent until proven guilty, but of course, the public won't. It could be a legal tactic that Buzzybee is using to ratchet up public opinion and increase his settlement number. I assume it's a case(s) of he said/she said that would be very hard to prove in court but very damaging to Watson, so that a quick and quiet resolution (payoff) is his best recourse.

The one thing we know is that we don't know. And, we can't take the public statements from paid advocates for truth.

Maybe Rusty will argue that a private one on one massage comes with the expectation of a happy ending. It's certainly common enough. You can google 'sensual massage Houston' and get a list of hundreds of suppliers that all offer happy endings (yeah I've looked, and yeah had one... hey my wife passed away)

Watson later texted her to apologize. If this is tru, it's basically a slam dunk case. Honestly Watson doesn't seem the type, but who knows.

Regardless, if he's innocent I do hope this saga is enough for him to b free of Texan's incompetence.

 

If you are an unlicensed masseuse who markets your business through Instagram, I might not take you very seriously as a professional, even if you are planning to take classes one day. Doesn’t mean it’s okay to ask for an ******* massage (or whatever is alleged) though.

 

If any of this is true. Watson is dumber than Cal.

 

Assuming this is true, I'll never understand why athletes put themselves in this situation. There are escort services out there that you can afford and just pay up to fulfill your fantasy, why the hell throw away your reputation to get into a situation that may not turn out well for you.

 

He easily could hit up Harden and Harden would plug him in with all the strippers/ ho’s out there. I’ve never seen any allegations against harden and lord knows he’s been all the way out there. Wtf Deshaun....

 

Are there two different complaints? One has March and the one posted above has August 2020. One is licensed the other is not too.

Part of the problem is the culture of athletes getting special treatment ...it goes back years whether the star is white or black, it doesn’t matter. It’s about are you good, and here’s extra treatment...plus he’s young, he had Mia Khalifa throwing herself at him a couple years ago. I’m a family guy but if I suddenly became rich and famous and had women reacting to me based on that then I too might feel temptation or expect a certain reaction all the time. He probably had expectations, considering the willingness to fly in. Maybe some misunderstanding happened. He could be totally innocent as well but something happened. Nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes and I hope things work out regardless

It’s pure conjecture, happenstance and has absolutely zero chance of being a successful suit unless there is some definitive evidence. I hate Deshaun went through Instagram for a masseuse and opened up so many questions it looks horrible. Now supposedly there are 4 women? Regardless our legal system has to be more than people pointing a finger and yelling “Witch!”

If Deshaun is guilty of some illegal acts then I’m fine with whatever punishment is deemed appropriate.

Super peculiar timing. Why didn’t these women call police immediately? Something seems off.

Big difference. If he "accidentally" bumped 4 different women with a boner, that could make it serial and less likely prove it was an accident.

I just have a hard time believing that a 150 million dollar athlete would trust unlicensed masseuse's with his body. Didn't he hear about Correa's ribs?
