My choices in order are 1.Cade 2. Green 3. Mobley 4. Kuminga 5. Suggs Green and Kuminga can be risers, but Cade is the best choice even with KPJ right now. Send Wall to the Russian basketball league or to Serbia. I wish John will realize how much we need him as a real team player so Wood and KPJ can shine.
I'm feeling that among these guys, Cade should be best but he might not go to the Rockets. In the second round however, how do all of you feel for Kai Sotto? He's admittedly rough but I can see some flashes of Jokic in him. He's still got a kid's body but if he can gain some more muscles, he'll be a good option.
A suspect jumper? The kid is 18! Once he gets in the league and can afford a shooting coach, the jumper will become more fluid. He has a lot of intangibles. I wouldn’t sleep on him. That said, Cunningham looks to be the most ready of the group right now.
Unfortunately i doubt Denver lets go of MPJ, and Herro is over valued because of age. You probably have to trade Porter,Dipo and 1st to get Herro.
Then you remember that people called Harden and Paul redundant but having that two prong attack was key to beating anybody.
That’s way too much. I’d argue KPJ is already better than Herro in terms of pure talent. Oladipo and Tucker should be enough for Herro. Don’t let Miami fans on twitter influence you.
You pick the best player and that's Cade. People get to caught up on positions and that's when mistakes get made. You pick Cade and let him play SG or SF if you have too. You could also play Cade at PG and KPJ at SG. These would be first world problems.
I really like both Cade and Suggs. Kuminga scares me as he looks raw and needs significant development with his shot and handle. Ideally, with a #1 pick, you get a player that can make other players better. Cade and Suggs' passing creates that effect. Kuminga and Green are very high bust risks, in my opinion. They rely on raw athleticism to beat their opponent... athleticism that will won't match up as well against NBA athletes and will fade over time. Their court awareness and vision is also suspect. But the biggest concern is their mechanics and form - both are inconsistent, which will lead to some truly awful nights in the NBA. A great player is able to repeat his shot and repeat his moves flawlessly.
1) Cade if we're lucky 2) Mobley 3) Kuminga 4) I am disappoint if we get 4th pick so trade it for not Green and not having to take Suggs
Cade or Kuminga I would give my first born for a elite point forward KPJ/Two-Way point forward/Wood would have us to the finals in 3 years
