We have a chance to make history. 14 more games to tie and 15 to take the title. I was around for the 15 game winning streak in the 93-94 and the notorious 22 game winning streak in 2007-2008. The Hawks snapped our 15 and the Celtics snapped our 22. Who will snap our losing streak? Must see TV for sure. Tilman Fertitta has taken this club to uncharted, history making territory. I have 110% faith that his son will carry the torch...
My bad it's 26. I googled for ***** and giggles and it said 20. We have 12 more to go. Its possible for sure
28 consecutive games The Philadelphia 76ers lost 28 consecutive games across two season, 2014-15 and 2015-16. The Losing Streaks ended with the victory against the Lakers.
I am totally cool losing 26 straight games. I suspect we will win one soon against a bad team with Porter/Wood/Tate..... but if I could snap my fingers and have all the young players play heavy minutes, have all the veterans traded away and have a 26 game losing streak, I would do it. Right now, the Rockets trying to win games is a waste of time.
Wow, getting conflicting results online. Yeah the 76ers lost 28 in a row. Hinkie was a 4 star tank General
if you’re gonna tank, might as well make history while doing so we have been historically awful during this losing streak -17.9 point differential...the next closest is the Cavs at -10.8 -16.8 net rating...next closest is the Cavs at -11.3 101.9 ppg...next closest is OKC at 105.3 100.6 offensive rating...next closest is OKC at 105.1 40.6% from the field...next closest is Orlando at 43% 28.2% from 3, but 3rd in attempts at 42.1 a game not even this team was this horrible we’d probably lose to them by at least 10
I don’t mind the abomination we have for a basketball team right now...it really is in the franchise’s best interest to lose as much as possible I will admit that sometimes I do sit back in awe at just how awful we are, but as a tank squad team captain, I’ll allow it it would be 1 thing if the team was still capable of being a solid playoff team after the Harden trade or had acquired a good young player with a lot of potential that we could start to build around for giving Harden away, but those BK picks might never be good, and if they are, it will be all the way in 2026 or something, so we really have no other option
If Harden and Westbrook stayed we still get bounced in the second round. I'm with you 100% on the tank. It sux being completely irrelevant but the future is slightly brighter. Tilman is still the root of the problem
Bumping my thread in honor of the longest losing streak in Rockets history. Tilman, I hope you are reading this. It must feel great seeing your team as the turd of the NBA. **** stains left behind as the turd goes around and around down the toilet. What's funny is we all knew this would happen. We all knew you would be a horrible owner. So raise your glass of piss Tilman. Take a swig and go **** yourself. Under your ownership our beloved Rockets are the joke of the league. Shut up and Listen...do us all a solid and sell the Houston Rockets asap.
They really are the worst team in the league. From 22-game winning streak to 22-game (OK, 19) losing streak ... how the mighty have fallen. Will they even win 3 more games the rest of the season? I’m serious! Thunder Raptors (B2B) Hornets @ Wolves @ Wolves (B2B) Grizzlies @ Nets @ Celtics Pelicans Suns (B2B) Mavs @ Clippers @ Warriors (B2B) @ Suns Pacers Nuggets @ Magic @ Heat (B2B) Jazz Clippers @ Nuggets (B2B) Wolves Bucks Warriors Knicks (B2B) Sixers @ Bucks @ Jazz (B2B) @ Blazers @ Lakers Clippers @ Hawks
If we get to 22, I insist we bring Dikembe in to hold up the twenty two with his fingers to commemorate a new 22 streak.
I'm certain we will lose every single game in the rest of the season. TF has brought the proud Houston Rockets to their knees. I'm sad, angry and very worried about the future of our team. There seems to be no solution or plan going forward.
