Let it go. It is over. We are rebuilding/tanking. It is going to be ugly. Get over it. No need to comment on it every game. All the teams now, besides the Nets, are good because they completely rebuilt, through free agency or through the draft. Also this is the same season Harden was traded away, calm down little ones. We have to get rid of his baggage and cleaning up the mess he left behind. Harden leaving had nothing to do with Tilman outright. Is it a convenient excuse? Sure! Probably makes some fan boys feel comforted as to why he didn't want to be here. He just didn't want to be here (possibly because of Morey or MDA exits) and wanted a chance to win. He would never admit to his failures as a teammate and failures to not be able to lure significant stars here. Only logical choice was for him to leave, apparently KD coming here was never a option. Could have Tilman played a slight part? Sure. It definitely was not the deciding factor. Best of luck to him. He was just ready to win nothing more nothing less. With that being said I'm just happy we have a direction. Just like Harden had to move on it was probably best for Rockets too to force this rebuild. It's been a long time coming since an actual draft rebuild unless we some how land another star before drafting and developing one. Hard to see the NBA handing Rockets another star so easily without earning it by sucking badly. Buckle up boys!
