Cap space rolls over right? Since Watson seems to be 99% on the way out I wouldn’t sign anyone except cheap bodies on 1 year deals. I’d also cut or trade any expensive vets except Tunsil. Mercilus, Bmac, Cunningham and Cobb all need to be gone. Without Watson, Watt, and Fuller this is an 0-16 team. Why pay the aforementioned for the same result?

I like the signing. You've not got a complementary 1-2 punch in the backfield with Ingram who can actually pick up positive yards between the tackles. Ship is sinking but this isn't the worst deck chair to have and we shall move it to the high point of the shipshow.
