He's a 6"8 athlete with a lot of athleticism to lose. As bad as his knees are, I highly doubt he lost more than 50% of his vertical (which would give him less than an 18" vertical).

Yes. He’s been trending down. He’s definitely gonna work on his 3’s.

    How is that a stretch?

Blakes mobility is that limited and those guys were playing major minutes during the winning streak without Durant.

I would think if both are on the team past the trade deadline they will play more minutes than Blake.

Those guys were playing major minutes...because there was no one else to come off the bench. Not because TLC and Johnson are diamonds in the rough or anything.

You can think what you want to think, but when the whole roster is healthy, Blake will see more playing time than TLC and Johnson.

LOL. Of course, I was just joking. But seriously, I don't believe after nearly a thousand minutes of NBA games, he didn't get a single change getting the ball open at the rim. You guys sound like Harden is the only player in the world who can get him a dunk.

I think KDs injury is worse than they are letting on

yup...they were originally saying he’d miss 2-3 games and he keeps getting pushed back

crazy thing is he looked fine to me during that entire GS game...never would’ve thought he’d end up missing the next 10+ games after watching him that night

They realize harden is fully capable of winning games. Without kd. And with the play of the others improving. Like I said he has a legit shot at mvp and kd and whoever else can focus on getting healthy for the long run

They really only need him for the finals. I think kyrie + harden + ring chasers > 76ers.

I don't know if they'd beat the Lakers.

However I'm sure if they traded Irving, no matter what they got back they'd still be the best team in the NBA. Harden and Durant is an absurdly good combination.

Nets better hope KD's hamstring doesn't come back to haunt them in the playoffs. Damn hamstring injuries always linger on, us Rockets fans should damn well know.

As superior as Harden/Kyrie is to Harden/Russ, without KD I don't see them winning it. They could really struggle against philly without him imo.

What about Harden/KD vs Philly with Irving out. And KD/Irving with Harden out.

Just wondering, hypothetically, if you think they need all three to beat Embiid/Simmons

Harden with any healthy legit all-star and a decent big will get you to the finals.

    Harden + Durant/Kyrie + DJ/Claxton > Harden + Healthy CP3 + Clint > Golden State Warriors.

Add the fact that Harris and Green are better PJ and Ariza and there really isn't any chance that Harden doesn't get to the finals this year unless a bunch of people get injured.
