they will do anything they can to get a player if they think that player can get their team closer to a title
Better? Goran was a all star not to far back. He was the Heats best player the playoffs last season before he went down. Dragon is the real deal
they would better off wiggins IMO, especially next year when klay is back. he's good athletic defender, with size and already accepting of his role there. what has dipo done this year to show he worth giving up good assets for ? what team is really an oladipo away from a title ?
Alize Johnson is a skilled but undersized energy forward but is not very long (6'9 wingspan), bouncy (31" max vert) or fast. Try hard player with some good skills but his upside is not very high. Still say Rockets should target Mo Bamba.
Yes absolutely but I'm more interested in what PJ can get us in return. At this point it is what's best for the Rockets. If a contender can give us a good young piece or a contract to clear the books or a good tradable asset then so be it. Love PJ but at this point we need to do what's best for the team. Even if it is Sacramento or Orlando or Philly.. what matters is whoever has the best offer then he goes there or we swing a 3 team trade.. Just because it is a dumpster fire doesn't mean we shouldn't be putting our best interest first.
Rockets interested in Aaron Gordon still? I remember Chris Haynes tweeted that the the Rockets and Magic discussed a trade involving Westbrook and Gordon but talks never went anywhere.
Magic and Stone need to stop messing with me AND JUST MAKE THIS TRADE HAPPEN. ENOUGH TALK, MORE ACTION!!!
Gordon could be THE fit next to Wood. Multi positional defender, and on offense you can use him as a roller with Wood spacing the floor. AG and Tate as your PF rotation is solid, especially when they are next a C who shoots 40% from 3. Gordon isn’t going to command max money or anything unless he balls out here, so you hope you can get him to a similar contract to the one he is on now, meaning he is tradeable down the line if you want. I wonder what return Orlando wants for AG and Vooch. I was tinkering with a 3-teamer where Boston sends out a first and Smart for Vooch, Denver takes Smart and sends another first to Orlando with Barton, Houston then sends PJ, Exum and a first to Orlando. Orlando gets three firsts and PJ and Barton who they can flip for more assets pretty easily.
