I'm taking hits like everyone else. Bloodbath. But a low avg buy in Bitcoin has me feeling cautiously insulated.
Thank Goodness for EYES. Got in this morning at 2.80 and making a good chunk of my losses back. Definitely a day trade today.
I love and hate options sometimes... Haha, my Nokia play looks like a damn EKG chart. I have moved most the rest to sidelines on shorter plays but left some of the Nokia contracts in play, small reversal up is currently helping.
TDY one of the few bright spots for me today. Trying to be positive lol. dmyd, googl holding up. and GME is behaving like a hedging tool.
same deal all week. pump it up in premarket. dump it the first hour.... then slow climb to close red.
Volume scanners and they dropped some FDA approval news this morning on their technology to help people that are blind, see again .. I have noticed, especially in this market over the past few years, companies that release FDA approval news and have heavy volume in Pre Market and into open typically fly before reality sets in before close. Obviously it doesn't always happen like that, but this one had a "runner" written all over it when the market opened, at least to me it did. Then I thought about all the people who are starring at their portfolios continue to plummet, it is Friday, many will see this and pile on and get some of those losses back.
Just glad this week is over. Started the day up, then way, way down, ended up about even... I’m supposing things are gonna be choppy at least through tax deadline.
I personally don't think the blood letting is over for tech/SPACs but I'll take this respite nonetheless! My first green day in a long-ass time!
I think tech/spacs with positive income should be fine? Dmyd up 9%, tdy 5%. For me it's only the high p/s saas stocks that are down, everything with income is up.
Bought more immr before the close, finished the day flat, and they stopped their share offering from feb. Fundamentals seem too strong, already generating good cash for future buybacks and ps5 will fuel growth. With my recent blunders, no confidence to go all in haha. If any of u look into it let me know your assessment of the stock, not too late to buy next week.
Interesting small cap stock but the $260MM market cap for a $30MM annual revenue company is too high for me. I'm also hesitant because their FY revenue shrunk from $35MM to $30MM YoY in a pandemic year where mobile and gaming saw tailwinds from the stay-at-home environment.
