Wall to Mase: Change your game, set up your teammates, focus on defense.

Beard to Mase: Be the best you YOU can be.

    Who is the better mentor?

Wall meant why aren’t you passing it to me so I can play more iso ball and go for 12-30 shooting every night. Didn’t you know I’m the grand ayatollah supreme leader of the franchise

John Wall only 30, to me looks like he needs to get some new improving players around him. I would not fall off the bandwagon on him just yet. He could be pretty good next season, to me hes pretty good now coming back. He could be #4 option on a new young striving team imo. But you know Wall was always great in the day, i know he lost a step.

    LMAO.

So... when he's coming back from not playing in two years and there's a clearly better offensive option on the team... he refuses to even be the 2nd option and must make it known game after game he is 'the man' (note: that term is used very loosely due to how pathetically inadequate he is in that regard)

But all of a sudden he's going to accept being the 4th option?

    Mr 36 shots? Nah.

Dude is a joke and this team will remain a joke while he puts on the jersey.

Which is nothing more than the joke of Tilman Fertitta deserves. Kind of fitting.

it’s obvious that Wall only cares about putting up numbers and showing everyone he’s still got it

The Rockets lost by 18 last night getting dominated all game, but Wall dropped 36 points so do u think he was angry at all after the L? Hell no. He was probably watching his highlights in the locker room post-game.

Wall is not a leader nor a mentor. If Mase was smart, he’d listen to the guy that dominated the franchise and the league for the last 8 years.
I’m sure Harden told him this during the first handful of games they played together.

Are there highlight reels of John Wall playing like a true point guard at Kentucky and getting praised by the scouts that made him the number 1 overall pick? Not that I think he can change his current game but the intrigue into the fact of the matter.
