Because when he was on the court, he played hard - all the time.

I think Harden was an amazing Rocket player - but IMHO, he could have given more and I think that ultimately cost his chance at leading this team to a ring.

I think he is a hall of fame player, but not a hall of fame leader - Hakeem was both.

    @Reeko

read the replies please. Many fans on Twitter believe it's a foregone conclusion that this is just a separation and not a divorce.

I kind of combine everything into one.

On here it's basically 400 people reading and 15-20 talking with about 5 of those 20 or so doing the bulk work.

Are we allowed to criticize Spurs Game 6? Was there every any consensus on what happened there? It's been almost 4 years and I still think someday I might wake up back in May 2017, and it was all a dream. It was pretty surreal.

Rockets are 10 point underdogs tonight to Nets. If Rockets hve pride and are lucky take Rockets plus 10. As someone that does not like to lose money take the Nets and give the 10 points. In last 12 games the Rockets and spread has only won 1 time.

Of course you can criticize him in game 6, but try to view it in the context of his entire body of work. As for San Antonio, I can tell you that someone with the organization at the time was adamant that Harden had suffered a concussion in game 5. I really do not know, I have heard too many things from too many people involved with the Rockets. There is part of me that believes that it looked like what happened to LeBron James in that series against the Celtics where he appeared to have just checked out... but at the same time, that isn't really in either person's character so I do not know.

Yeah, I've heard that about the concussion, and I struggle to explain it any other way.

    LOL wut?

What does age have to do with continuing to root for Harden.

What does this period of sports have to with anything, The Astros just made it to the ALCS last year after being in the WS twice and winning it once.

You sound like a bitter young spoiled sports fan who have not been through the disappointment of the Bagwell Astros or the Oilers having the biggest choke in sports history or never beating the Steelers and the Rockets losing the series to the Mavericks up 2-0.

This is nothing, you just showing you are a fair weather fan who expects everything to come up roses.

    Your type makes me sick.

**** yeah I am a Harden Fan because he made the Rockets relevant again.

There were basic basketball plays that James was messing up on in that game that were complete head-scratchers. He was seeing ghosts, and passing out of situations that he usually attacked aggressively. He was missing defensive assignments that were bad for even James back then. There were moments where he looked like he had no clue what was happening, or didn't even realize they were in the middle of a play. A concussion is literally the only logical explanation I can come up with.

not for some of the grumpy old men on cf's that likely won't see another Rockets playoff run like Harden's

I enjoyed his time in Houston, but now: **** HIM. He's trying to rewrite history by coming back all fake contrite and loving. He can't help his entitled-self though. Still talking about how much he did here and how much he loved the city and wishes that the fans will appreciate that. All you did was lose when it mattered most. **** the stats. From here on out I wish him nothing but ill will.

I’m not mad at Harden, he was flawed as a player and the organization gave him too much power.

he got good players to join the Rockets but at the same time he pissed them off
