What was negative about my post starting this thread? What does it matter when Wood got hurt if he was worth 2 FRP's then he should still be worth that. Read his most recent QA. Says Silas is high on him and was a major part of bringing him in. It’s been on podcasts too and one more article I cannot remember. Not 2 FRP anymore. 1 FRP and a young rotational piece. I think the most likely packages are A FRP, Achiuwa and Kz Okpala or a FRP, Frank and Kevin Knox.

My eye for talent? I didn’t like the trade, I never wanted Oladipo. I wanted Simmons, Thybulle and Maxey. Wait until Victor is traded before you dunk on me. I tend to be a bit optimistic on returns in trades but my eye for talent and nuance is so much more valuable than your constant negativity. You post like you’re actually nic cage on a bender and you’re one of the most negative posters here, nothing you post brings anything positive to anyone’s day, There’s plenty of negativity in the world, try to be a light.
If you ever thought Oladipo could have gotten 2 FRP's yeah your eye for talent is questionable. What constant negativity are you talking about please show it. Saying I don't see Oladipo is a franchise player is negative? Saying I want to see more from Wood before I say he is a franchise player is negative? Please show examples of this negativity sir.

When has he ever been good? Put up numbers on a bad Magic team. Did nothing in OKC. Went back East had 1 good season against scrubs for the Pacers and made an all star team and now he's back to being just a dude. Seems like his 1 good year was more of a fluke compared to the rest of his career. Not an impact player. Not a guy you can build around. At best the 3rd best player on a championship team but wants to be paid like a number 1. When you watch Oladipo play, what is his elite skill? Its funny that his best skill has nothing to do with basketball.
Dipo is a solid player but that's about it. The big problem is there's actually levels to this. Rockets fans were spoiled by Harden for nearly a decade. Now that you go from a true elite mvp caliber player like that to wannabe's like Dipo/Wall etc. it looks that much worse, because games Harden's puts up basically every night can't come close to duplicated by these players. Eventually the lens is going to have to be adjusted. Folks are looking for that franchise player in the aftermath. nobody here comes close to it.

They won't give up Harrell. WE did, easily; Dan Tony wouldn't play him, Harrell was starting to chuck three pointers just to get PT here. Anyway, the Lakers pick wouldn't convey until 2023 (I think?)
