Ugh , I don't like the idea of extending him but at $22.6m its a "value contract" easily moved at any time. Not at all surprised he declined it either.
11 game losing streak....and Ola turns down the extension which matched Wall's contract for length.....not surprised....they are on a balance beam trying to sort out whether to go full tank or try to pull it together. DD
Hornets drafted LaMelo Ball and have been far more exciting than they’ve ever been since they came back to Charlotte...they are battling for a playoff spot for the 1st time in years and their fans finally have something to look forward to with the development and maturation of Ball who dropped 24 and 12 tonight if the Rockets keep their pick and end up with someone like Cade, all these losses would be worth it get rid of all these vets when u can and start building through the draft while maintaining flexibility and building up your asset base to trade for a star in the future to add to the stars you’ve hopefully added via the draft
There is no "sorting out" after a 49 point massacre, 11 consecutive embarrassments with 8 double digit blowouts! The solution is to cleanse the earth, there must be a reckoning. This no accountability BS is ridiculous. Tanking I understand but to preserve ANY semblance of a winning culture requires a sacrifice, or THREE.
Good news about having nothing: there is no chance for bad fit. whatever resemblance of talent we get is going to get minutes right away. We are so talent starved we offered Oladipo 2 and 45♂️Smh
And to think we could've traded Harden for Lamelo if we agreed to trade for either 1 of the top 2 picks in the 2020 draft. Most likely Golden state with #2
