There are so many people here that are a walking enigma. They acknowledge harden wanted out and quit, but are bumping threads over a tanking team (that harden positioned them for) as some sort of affirmation for the earlier point. Now they're actively/openly rooting against the rockets. In the middle of all that there's a misplaced "I told you so" when jim himself forced his way out. The logical fallacies are all over the place. We've seen YOF, LOF over the years...but this is some deep ****. Tillman sucks don't get me wrong I don't blame anyone for not wanting to play for him but talk about cult mentality..
I seldom meet any fans that root or not root for a team because of its owner. I mean, if you hate Tilman and his team so much, why don't you go be a Nets fan? I just don't get it. Honestly. For the record, I hate Tilman too. But I am a Rockets fan, not a Tilman fan.
Harden loves the city and the Nets will occasionally dog it against a non contender. Who knows, maybe he'll cut us some slack and give us a brief reprieve from all the losing. Or maybe we just suck so bad we'll still lose despite his efforts.
Brooklyn is going to rest everyone. Nash said they don't even need to show up. And statistically, it is true.
Earlier today I was thinking how hilarious it would be if the Rockets got a fluke win over the Nets, but after what we just witnessed I find it pretty hard to imagine. Almost impossible. Stranger things have happened though.
I am seeing two Houston teams being decimated by bad ownership right now. I saw one lousy owner take my beloved Oilers out of existence. I think Houstonians know all too well the impact that ownership has on their fans. I was a Rockets fan before Tilman and I will be after he sells the team. It doesn't mean people are just going to accept the garbage fire that he has assembled and lit since he took over. I won't.
This this this this this this this. This forum has become insufferable lately because of everything you named.
Aww that's cute. Lol @ being @Asian Sensation who's been begging for a Harden trade for years...only for the Rockets to literally become the worst team in basketball as soon as it happens.
Wednesday game on espn too. They did this so James Harden can sink the rockets ship. Would it be neat to see Harden rest, and Kyrie deep fry the rockets for Cheap.
I know youre as dense as a rock but try and understand this. The rockets vs nets will be a nationally televised game later this week but nobody will be talking about jeff greens return
